Act Fiber Net Complaints & Reviews
I bought an ACT individual net connection from ACT. For that purpose, I bought a device "FIBER TO RJ45" converter from ACT for 1500. While shifting the connection I returned the device to ACT. They solved the device by telling that in case the device is returned to ACT they will refund the amount. But they didn't refund any amount. I raised several complaints against this but they are not responding. I asked them to at least return the device....

worst customer care and service
Internet is not working and have raised a compliant in morning. No update from act team, i need to follow up and every time i call, i will listen a new story from them with respect to bill payment issue. Some one will say payment is being done wait for 24hrs and other one will say that i have done payment theu thrid party google pay, contact google pay. Act is not responsible for it and another one will say make the payment again and wait...
