Act Fibrenet — Pathetic customer service

1. Plan change requested not done. 2. Without plan change unncessary bills are sent without any clarity. 3.Line supsended due to technical issues 4. GM customer service rude behaviour non customer centric approach. 4. customer care doesnt have clue on issues. 5. They want only payment and not bothered baout service. 6. Final we closed our connection today after speaking to GM customer service because of irresponsible behaviour. Mental haressment.
