My name is Spandana. I am a resident o[censored]AE(Dubai). I am basically from Andhra Pradesh, India. I wanted to get training on a Software Tool and hence searched for Institutes in Google. I Finalized ACTE, Chennai as the good Institute and consulted them. A guy called Richard answered my phone and encouraged me to pay the fees the same day. The Fee was Rs.22, 000/- . I paid them. Now I have been asking for the course for a month and have had no response from them. I even Emailed to refund my Money. No one responded to it.
