I had paid 24000 for an online course on ITMLP on 31st January 2023. Only 5 sessions were held for the course. Then the trainer stopped responding. I came to know from that the trainer had left. On contacting the support, they said that they will solve the problem. However, on my follow up, there was no response. On 24th August 2023, their agent gets in contact with me saying that he can arrange for a trainer. A few days later I come to know that even this trainer has left, I came to know that from the trainer directly and not ACTE, that he has left the institute. The agent told me that he would arrange for another trainer. I requested a refund from them, but no response. Even when I told them that I would file a complaint against them, they did not respond.
