Big shame with ACTE Technologies Chennai.

I am a Trainer from Mumbai and not been paid with Training fees INR 10000 since November 1st 2023, and ACTE took the payment from the student before I started of the Training session. No response for emails and calls to Trainer and student, I have all the legal documents which contains the required information about this incident. Please help me to get my payment done and to stop such malpractices happening with Trainers.

I had paid 24000 for an online course on ITMLP on 31st January 2023. Only 5 sessions were held for the course. Then the trainer stopped responding. I came to know from that the trainer had left. On contacting the support, they said that they will solve the problem. However, on my follow up, there was no response. On 24th August 2023, their agent gets in contact with me saying that he can arrange for a trainer. A few days later I come to know that even this trainer has left, I came to know that from the trainer directly and not ACTE, that he has left the institute. The agent told me that he would arrange for another trainer. I requested a refund from them, but no response. Even when I told them that I would file a complaint against them, they did not respond.

I had paid Rs 32, 000/- for SAP Controlling Module Training to ACTE Technologies Chennai through Sales Executive Ryzen in June but since Past 1 month my Trainer has stopped taking Lectures, Only 50% of my Syllabus was Completed but now no one is responding or picking up my call

I paid INR 30, 000 in the month of February 2023 for RMP training and ACTE has cheated and disappeared without providing the training. It’s a scam company they made me pay all the money and no training was provided. 

Harini was the executive who contacted me and behind me to be enrolled for the training and was responding promptly till I pay the money. After the payment she vanished and not responding to the calls and messages. I got another guy named Karan, Raj and Alex who all were active till the payment and after that disappeared and not responding to any calls.

They called me day and night asking for a payment and once I paid they disappeared no training was provided not answering our calls and no refund for our money. Totally no 1 fraud company of India.

Please don’t join this institute don’t waste your hard earned money on this place.

I had joined the course on last month now iam trying to connect with the team but not responding any one so thats why iam raising a complaint i want refund my amount even not getting responsse from mails and calls ...

I was looking for mcafee siem training and was searching on google found ACTE Technolgies velachery, opposite to bus stand, chennai. they informed they have trainer for mcafee siem tool but after 2 weeks no response about the trainer after welcome mail and details shared by email from robert wellington they didnt provide any trainer so i asked them for refund now no is responding on the email from robert nor any sales people her name riya introduce on the mobile number [protected] she asked to share payment bill shared and she gave the bill for the payment but now no one is responding after the payment. i am bangalore want to lodge complaint against this institue can someone assist in bring this cheaters to police station and make them pay our hard earned money

I have paid my fees 12000 for a course in March 15. But they are not providing class and also they are not returning my money back. They are not attending my calls also and putting my number in blocklist

I paid money 25000 on the first day itself as they prmised to give SD traning that includes practical training as well. Later they mentioned that they will give only theoritcal .. then I asked them for practical. in the mean while I changed from SD training to Solution manager training. They agreed to give training with practicals but asking me more money .. I told them to pay extra money for server access. But even after one month.. they are not providing any training.

The worst part is their response is very bad and no one lift my call to understand my concern. there is no proper support team to help and resolve my issue. They never take our calls and even after one month no one is calling me and asking my problem to resolve.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against ACTE; training institute. I enrolled in ACTE for an SAP Ariba training on 6th Feb. 2023, and since then I not received a single lecture or SAP Ariba training from the institute or trainer.

I have tried to reach out to your institute through emails and phone calls but have not received any response. This lack of communication has caused me great frustration and has wasted my valuable time and money.

I request you to investigate this matter and provide me with a prompt resolution.

Below tow person are the spoc person from ACTE and they are the master mind behind this fraudulent activity.

I joined siebel crm course January 13 fee paid and class started January 19 up to still 6 class happened but I couldn't understand because only therotical class before course joined institution told they provid tools installation and practical class but still now not happened only theoretical class through google search reading that's all I complaint several time they didn't respond properly I called several times took call any one time they(ACTE) said we don't have tools ask trainer I asked trainer they said ask institution I don't know what to do please help me

These people took money from me for training and no proper training provided till now. When i am calling them to refund the amount nobody is picking and responding to my calls and emails.

I contacted ACTE for Mulesoft training, and Arjun from ACTE coordinated with me. I explained to him my expectation for the training and asked Arjun to set up a call with the trainer.
I explained well ahead of that once I talk to the trainer and if I am convinced I will be paying for the course. I was looking for architect-level training. Arjun Agreed.

He scheduled a call with trainer (the trainer is an architect ) where I explained my expectation about training and the trainer agreed to it.

I asked Arjun if I can pay in installments but Arjun told me there is no installment facility. I pay the full amount of 22000 rupees on 11th Nov 2022.

After payment I see that some other trainer got assigned to me on 14th Nov. I raised concern with Arjun that trainer is not the one I spoke to. Arjun told no he is of the same experience as Muralidhar and he can teach you about Architect profile training.

I still thought ok and told Arjun I will meet the trainer and if I am not convinced I will get back to him.

Tuesday 15th Nov when I joined the call for training, a trainer who is not worth my expectation is presented. Trainer himself told me I am only 2.5 years experienced and I am myself a fresher. And I cannot teach to your expectations so please get in touch with ACTE.

Since 15th Nov I am talking to ACTE and they were not able to find a resolution and they keep wasting others' time.
ACTE took money from me promising an Architect trainer, but they could not make justice to it. And it is already 10 days now. I need a refund of my amount as I have given enough time to resolve my issues.

It was never told to me before payment that the amount was not refundable. It was never told to me that Trainer as promised will not be provided. The amount was taken in full. So there is no mistake from my end. All the mistakes are from ACTE's end for giving false promises. Hence I deserve to get my money back.

But they are not refunding my amount.

I paid rupees 20, 000/- towards the course (WinUI3, XAML and MVVM) as agreed with the sales team. I got an email from a BD with the contact details. They promised me over phone that they will arrange the trainer with in a day or two. But after the payment they are not responding properly to my email or phone. I've to chase many time to get a response. They always says the coordinator will contact me and it is keep postponing. Whenever I ring the Robert Wellington on +[protected] different people attend even though this phone belongs to him (as per the email attached). The guy who attended introduced as Rajesh and he is very rude behaviour . Still waiting for the trainer and they said the money is not refundable even though the course is not started.

I was hired as a contract trainer for SAP UI5 FIORI. After the batch completion the are not paying. It was a two students batch. the students feedback was also very good.
When I followed up they are not picking up the phone nor responding over email.
I have all the commercial confirmation and students feedback as well as attendance sheet with me.

I have Trained 3 Students and have not received any payments from the Institute completely fake and untrustworthy Company and Institute. They do not even Respond to any calls or messages, I have lost money for the efforts that I put in for Training. Please do not trust them.

ACTE is Not paying to New / Temp Trainers so don't take up any training assignments from them.

I have duly paid fees of 35000 inr to acte institute and since 40 days there is no training that's been provided. The institute refuses to pick up calls and they are not even refunding my fees

Hi My name is Shailendra Singh, Located in Sweden. I enroll for online class and paid 22000 INR immediately. After so many false promise they started classes late and then in between class is stopped due to some payment issue between ACTE and Instructor. which I have nothing to do but because of that my classes is stopped. No one is responding not coordinator neither their support team after some answers.

I have all the proofs of communication and can be shared on demand.

Please help me to finish course or refund with money and this type of harassments

I took a class for Monica Ronald SAP CRM, one month over still they not paying money. Fraud people doing all fraud activity. They not responding phone calls.

Last week I have contacted to ACTE support team for training and they asked me yes we have labs and trainer available with us so please pay the amount so that we can start your training session.
They also connected with trainer for discussion.
I paid the amount now no one is responding to my call/msg/emails

I would request you to please take some legal action. I have chat history and payment receipt with me also their phone number is active.

Guys i undergone training in acte education velachery. Its an 100% pakka fraud training institute. Dont ever join this, till u pay money they speak sweet and will tell lot of stories about the trainers and placement. But after u pay money they dont even bother about you, you need to beg them for taking class. There is no placement also. It is not a proper training institute. All the positive reviews are written by the # vinay (Owner of company). Trainers are 100% waste they dont have knowledge on subject. Guys please dont join this institute.
This # son of # vinay is looting all students money. I wasted 22, 000 rupees.

I finished the training here but have yet to receive my payment, which they promised to send within a week but have yet to do. This appears to be a fraud institute. Be aware of it before enrolling in or teaching any course.

I have enrolled myself to Python OOPS, Flask Rest API & Django API classes last week.[protected]. I was promised the classes pertaining to the same on last friday ie. 6-may-22. While there is no trainer assigned to me even today & would like to cancel my course due to renege of start date. I would kindly need your support to please have a refund.

They speak nicely until you pay them. after paying them they will not arrange for classes .. like school student they will say trainer met with an accident. They are not paying back the money as well.

I had paid 25000 for SAP EWM Training.
They are not assigning trainee nor giving back my money.
I am student and earning 25000 takes 3 months to me.
I do part time job and earned money and paid to ACTE people.
They are not bothered about me.

I have joined Acte on Jan 2, 2022, to learn sap Abap course and I paid my fees of 25000 and after receiving the money the company did not respond properly not at all proper response from them finally the coordinator arranged the trainer and suddenly the trainer left the whats app group. After a huge conversation, they finally arranged another Trainer the trainer is really good and one day the trainer said that "there is some issue with ACTE I'm not going to take class anymore please contact him". I was shocked and totally upset and I keep on calling and messaging my class coordinator and my course advisor hmmm hmmm there is no response from them till now I request people to join the offline classes and don't join in the online classes cause, peoples minds will change once they have seen money. I Begged them a lot and they behaved like a stone-hearted I still have many whats app chat proof and evidence. I just want my money back or to take classes again with a job and valued certificate as they said. Herewith I have attached a few samples screenshots like their address and some whats app screenshots.

My name is Yash, I enrolled for the Oracle Application SCM course on the Dec 31, and paid 42000 for the course.

We've been promised of cause start date of Jan04. Unfortunately, Instructor never assigned to us and our course never started. During this period of 25 days, we continuously requested the ACTE team member Pooja and other staff members but we didn't receive any response.

We are facing continuous disappointment as no response from the team.

This is so frustrating and we are losing our precious time and money.
We lost faith from ACTE and we want our refund as soon as possible.

Please check attached documents regarding proof of payment and conversation with ACTE.

Action this as soon as possible and refund us the money as no classes are provided till date.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD.. ACTE.in is a fraud institute. They had taken 20, 000 rs from me for Kofax course but after getting money they blocked my email id and mobile number. I have file a court case against them and will ensure that that I teach them a lesson. Richard, Aishwarya who are ACTE coordinators are fraud and involved in scam for online education. Guys do not believe in them . Before getting money they will talk nicely but the moment you pay then their attitude changes. There are many other online sites like Udemy.com and others who are professional so do not take any course from this fraud institute unless you want yourself to be cheated.
