I paid the full course money for SAP with the promise that the class will begin within three days. It has now been almost three months, and they still haven't found a trainer or a suitable server. 
No one responds to any email ( 25 mails or more), and no one is willing to issue a refund. 
The staff kept blaming each other,  Henry, the admissions officer, was quite helpful until I paid the whole expenses. after that everything else is ,  not his department. Karthik, the coordinator, is not responsible of scheduling the server or the trainer. Aswariya from finance continues telling me that I can't get a refund because I enrolled in the course, which doesn't make sense because they haven't assigned arranged a server to practise on nor a proper schedule
