My name is Spandana. I am a resident o[censored]AE(Dubai). I am basically from Andhra Pradesh, India. I wanted to get training on a Software Tool and hence searched for Institutes in Google. I Finalized ACTE, Chennai as the good Institute and consulted them. A guy called Richard answered my phone and encouraged me to pay the fees the same day. The Fee was Rs.22, 000/- . I paid them. Now I have been asking for the course for a month and have had no response from them. I even Emailed to refund my Money. No one responded to it. I am here attaching the Fees receipt, Payment screenshot, location details of ACTE chennai and the irresponsible chat history of the ACTE team. Please do help me in this regard. I need my Money back.

I provided the training for sap grc security on 18th Aug 2021.
As per the intial discuss with HR team they have to provide RS 15, 000 once training is completed. Still i didnt got any payment.

Now HR team is not picking calls and no response over email

I paid the full course money for SAP with the promise that the class will begin within three days. It has now been almost three months, and they still haven't found a trainer or a suitable server. 
No one responds to any email ( 25 mails or more), and no one is willing to issue a refund. 
The staff kept blaming each other, Henry, the admissions officer, was quite helpful until I paid the whole expenses. after that everything else is ,...

I'm from AP, i have been stuck in ACTE fraud. Chennai location.
as i already paid 30K for training but still no response from institute since 1 month .

I have provided training for 2 candidates but I didn't get my payment. ACTE owe me around 20k...

I worked as a Part time Trainer Completed the Course Selenium with Java for 2 Candidates. After Completing the Course got good feedback from students they promised within 5 Working Days i will get the Trainer Fees.

I'm waiting for 3 Months till now, they did not respond the call not providing the Money. They give 4 to 5 Number, Every day i need to follow up with but no one response to my call.

I never see such fraud institute in Chennai Tambaram

They cheated me and got very frustrated., I'm going to file a complaint .

I have got a good impression that by seeing their positive reviews mentioned in their website https://www.acte.in/. so i have registered in their chatbot to join in the course "data science + r programming" and the guy richard andrews called from this mobile number [protected] and he had a speak with me well and promised that i will get a good training, but in reality it never happens. Our wabco have paid the full amount 23, 000 rs for my training. They appointed one guy as a trainer, he always prefer to take only theory class and that too he cant deliver it clearly and i clearly i got to know that, he is trying to waste my time and day. Finally i informed to richard, the trainer is not delivering anything clearly. So please appoint any other trainer to provide training only for the remaining classes. But after that, he is not ready to pick my call, i have sent a lot of emails to all of their email ids which is mentioned in their website ([protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@acte.in, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@acte.in). But i dont received any reply so far. They even dont pick up my call. They are clearly and easily cheating their students and cheating us after getting our money. Please take necessary actions.

@students: no such classroom posted in website. 1*1 inch room with no marker, no laptop, no trainer facility.
@trainers: dont go for training. They will not make payment. 200% sure. Its mother promise. They will not pick your call also after training.

I am java/j2ee trainer worked for ACTE AnnaNagar Chennai. Handled 3 batches till Sep'2019. . Mostly they cheated both trainers and students. They never deliver what they have promised. They cheated me. Trust me..They are scamsters. I filed complaint against them at Anna Nagar k-4 Police station. To my shock there are many complaints against ACTE in the K-4 police station. If you want to join, better check with Anna Nagar K-4 Police station and take second opinion from them and then join. This is my simple and humble advice.

I feel I am truly grateful and have discovered a great source of encouragement and inspiration. I have learned to completely upgrade my career from zero knowledge now become a professional.

I have taken a course in acte institute in august month. The trainers are very experienced persons with good knowledge in selenium. It was very good to study there, the environment was so good. The trainers will conduct mock test which was very helpful in my interviews. After the classes we will be doing the practice session in the the lab. Hi.. All i joined acte few months back for web design course and i had a great experience in learning n now i can attend any drives with confidence. I got hands full of experience and practical knowledge in acte. I wanted to thank my trainer who is an employer in top mnc who taught me so well in advance.. This institute has a very well-qualified staff who conduct very interactive sessions for the students and have very high experience. Also the infrastructure of the institute is remarkable. So if someone wants to enter into it field please contact acte. They will help you achieving all your dreams. Its experienced trainers always support their students and they exactly know how to treat all the students equally.

I've researched on few institutes for php course and had a hard time in finding one. Once i landed in acte velachery and dropped a mail, there was no looking back. Trainer sir real time experience with his knowledge and training skills had made the course more knowledgeable and professional. His personal care towards each student and making sure that student gets real time knowledge which helps through out whole career. The way he trained and cover each and every topic in details, hardly anyone can do these much with so energetically and at the same time maintaining interest for the class.!!! After struggled a lot and finally the decision to join the course really helped me out... I m placed in company as a software developer and all credit goes to acte!! :-) i'm so glad that i didn't go for those low priced offers hanging around the streets. If you are really looking for core php development course to help you, i strongly suggest acte. Guys i undergone training in acte education velachery. Its an 100% pakka fraud training institute. Dont ever join this, till u pay money they speak sweet and will tell lot of stories about the trainers and placement. But after u pay money they dont even bother about you, you need to beg them for taking class. There is no placement also. It is not a proper training institute. All the positive reviews are written by the # vinay (Owner of company)....
