I have paid for new connection on aug 3rd 2021 and today is sep 2nd, till now no connection nor any refund.
An executive named Madan from actfibernet contacted me and made follow up till I paid the amount, post that no msg or call from him and if I call no response at all.attached his details.

In portal it is mentioned that if connection not established within 15 days, amount will be refunded to my account, but when I call act CS today they say, we need to raise a request only then the refund request will be initiated.
