I am observing internet connection drop issue since last 2 month and it is happening very frequently, and ACT is unable to provide any solution. every 3-4th day they are sending technician, and it will just work for 2-3 days and then again same issue. my office work is getting impacted due to this issue....

I am complaining about my internet connection is not working repeatedly facing same issue not able to work, not able to learn properly, no proper response, pathetic service inspite of complaining again and again they are not resolving the issue

Disconnection
I paid the amount of 490 to actfibernet to renew the internet account my amount got debited from my account and on 12 June my internet got disconnected they suppose to give internet service till 29 June when I called act thy saying they didn't receive any amount I got proof of transaction successful I do an online job I am facing problem without internet.

Disconnection after paying the amount
I paid the amount of 490 to actfibernet to renew the internet account my amount got debited from my account and on 12 June my internet got disconnected when I called act thy saying they didn't receive any amount I got proof of transaction successful I do an online job I am facing problem without internet.

Act Fibernet new connection
I have paid for new connection on aug 3rd 2021 and today is sep 2nd, till now no connection nor any refund.
An executive named Madan from actfibernet contacted me and made follow up till I paid the amount, post that no msg or call from him and if I call no response at all.attached his details.

In portal it is mentioned that if connection not established within 15 days, amount will be refunded to my account, but when I call act CS today they say, we need to raise a request only then the refund request will be initiated.

No response from actfibernet
I disconnected my internet connection previous year after payment then later i reconnected it after one year so when i wanted to make a payment for my package, i am asked to pay my dues when i did not used internet for one year.i complained about this to customer care but they are telling that it will be solved with 48 or 72 hours and they are telling it since more than 1 week but still i havent received any response from them.actfibernet is testing my patience

Internet not working since 6th July 2021, raised complain # SR[protected], and called many times but not helped, on every call they promise to fix the issue but it is been 4 days for me without internet. unable to do office work, pls help.

Power discount
Actfibernet installed power box in my house, they promised that power discount will be given every month. After few months they stopped giving this discount, after multiple complaints, issue not resolved. They are just ignoring the complaints.

I am from Hyderabad. They fixed the internet box in our home and said we will give 100 per month.its been 6 months .I called to customer care number and I told my problem. He is telling that we will add in this bill and give discount I dont know what they are telling .I need money from last 6 months

This is my brother's internet connection with Account number:[protected]
In March they gave connection offer for 1499 for 3months with 75mbps as speed and was asked to pay it. He paid n then they gave 40mbsp speed such is ACT service. Disgusting. And from then they said 1400 refund would be processed but still there is no refund and whenever we try to call them there is no proper resopnse. Don't use ACT. Go for Jiofibre its way better with people reseecting their customers and taking care of their issues and keeping true to their promises. I will inform everybody in my company to switch to JIOFIBRE. This issue is pending since 1 month. So pathetic service.
