Adani Electricity — No electricity and misbehaviour of customer care agent

My electricity got cut off yesterday around 3pm. And after knowing immediately made the payment as i was not aware and my mother who is a senior citizen stays at the house all alone. I requested the customer care agent to get it electricity fixed asap as my mother is a senior citizen and an asthma patient and he assured me that he will take this case as an emergency and get it fixed. After called 5-6 times the repeated the same thing. And lastly they said the office is closed they can’t do it today but tomorrow. But no electricity since morning.And when i called today the lady on the customer care called me ‘aurat satak gayi hai’. This is unacceptable and will file a case against adani for false commitments and misbehaviour.
