Dear sir, We have recently start our adani gas pipeline but installation not done completely. Person who came for installation told us that he is not responsible for attaching pipeline with gas stove, you have to do same from outsiders also company has take 282rs cheque for the same. Pls help for removing the query.

    Respected Sir, I have submitted Application for new connection on 1st floor of our Bungalow, ground floor is used by my father where we have adani gas connection. I have submitted all documents and details of form on 5th Dec 2014. I followed then 1 week later they said me that it will take minimum 15 days for verification and upload of the document in system for further action !!! When I called today 9th Jan 2015, surprisingly they informed me that even today I am not registered in your system. Can any one guide me after More than Month what is the process to get the new connection.       I HAVE REQUESTED TO ADANI GAS LINE ABOUT SHIFTING OF THE GAS LINE. AS OUR RENOVATION WORK IS GOING ON, WE HAVE REQUESTED ABOUT THE SHIFTING. I HAVE EXPERIANCED THE WORST SERVICE EVER FROM ADANI GAS. WE HAVE REQUESTED AND MADE ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR SHIFTING SIENCE[protected]. AFTER SO MANY CALLS AND PERSONLY VISITING OF ADANI COUSTMER CARE SERVICE AT MEMNAGAR ONE GUY VISITED AT OUR HOUSE AND ONLY COMPLETED HALF OF THE WORK SAYING THAT REMAINING...

      I applied for new connection on 12th November 2013, estimate and amount submitted on 28th march 2014, after that fitting of pipe is done but meter is not fitted, after calling many times they said as your turn will come we do the work, so kindly tell me the specific time limit in which my connection is going to complete. Otherwise tell me the procedure to cancel the connection and refund my money. Application no:519021 complaint no:c[protected]

        I applied for new connection 6 months before they fitted pipes in my flat. Then after nobody came for fitting of meter. I complained for that and they told me that as your turn will come we will do it. I want to know the specific time limit for it or they do it as their mind says.           This complaint is about that stop generating bills when no one is at home and not using the gas connection, inspite calling customer care several times that to disconnect the connection for a temporary period they haven't paid any attention .As I was living in faridabad Haryana Omake green valley IRIS 803, and during August 2013 we shifted to another country and till date the bills are coming at my address.

            I have submitted an application to do refitting of Adani Gas Connection line due to some renovation work going on my home. They have charged me more than 5000 INR for disconnection of a line and for refitting it will be extra based of length of new pipe. I have made a request to do refitting of my connection ON 20TH Aug 2014 and they told me that as per process it will take max 15days to work to be done. My house is under construction and its flooring is pending due to pipeline fitting not done by Adani Gas. I have insisted them to speed the process and make it happen within short period of time. After so many follow-up calls with Adani Gas Customer care they gave me a date of 4th Sep 2014, which was the 15th day (last day) of my request to be completed. Which is still not done. I am paying extra money to labourer at my under construction site due to delay by Adani Gas People. After doing repetitive follow-up calls on customer care number. Their customer care executives are putting my call on hold and if connected then they are not ready to forward my call to their supervisor even asked repeatedly. It is clearly unethical and non- professional. Now they are saying it will take another week or so and stop responding my call. Adani Gas DOES NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS PROCESSES, POLICY AND EDUCATED STAFF WHO BEHAVES MANNERLY. This is worst publicly servicing compny in Ahmedabad/Gujarat.

              Dear sir I am regular customer of Adani PNG since long & my customer ID is [protected]. I am residing at BOPAL but due to education purpose I have shifted to Gandhinagar Last year giving application to disconnect my connection temporarily. Now I am again shifted to Bopal & apply for Re-connection on Dt 21.5.14 & paid necessary amount but no action is taken for reconnection at your end.                 Incorrect billing

                Hi, Myself Sandeep Jain. This is regarding Pipeline natural Gas (PNG) service provided by Adani Gas. This is almost 6 months, I approached to Adani gas office located on Drive in Road, Ahmedabad. I submitted my documents and paid all money to take connection. Despite follow up calls for lot many days, Adani gas people are not bothering about fitting PNG connection at my flat. Although while calling cutomer care, they give me assurance to complete in a week but nothing is happening from their end. I am facing lot of difficuly.                   excessive billing

                  My service no [protected] this time they have sent approximate invoice with double consumption. If they htan open eyes to see previous consumption they can understand. Now if we have submitted meter reading on website it didn't work. Now if we have a such issues that cannot pay excess charges then they charge penalty . So pl solve out issues as ADANI GAS CHARGES ARE TEARFUL TO CUSTOMER....

                  Firstly, Adani Gas bills me on INR 3500/- incl. Service Tax, now they claim that they had forgotten Service Tax++ amounts & I need to repay now, secondly they are asking for an overdue payment of YEAR 2011, god knows how do they expect me to search out records of past two years of what is pending & what is not..!!! On top of it, the officers at customers service centres state that it is your wish whether to pay or not, as we might have forgotten to send you the bill or the original bill might have been replaced.

                    The above supplier had collected application from Agraval Appt, 100 feet road, Nr. Anandnagar char rasta, The collection of application was done without looking at the customer requirement. when they have started installation of their pipeline in our appartment they have started visiting us in the month of July 2013. Befor that they have sollected advance cheque and same was clear from my bank in the month of March 2013.
                    When their technical team visited and started surveyaing each aflat they have saied that they can not give connection in Bathroom. Since they have express their inability to give connection we have not opted and request them varbally and by mail in the month of August 2013. I have submitted the scan copy of the receipt/application with my bank account no and bank ifs code.

                    They were insisting to visit personally and file the refund application. Now same process was aldo done by me on 11/10/2013. Now they say refund will come within 3/4 months time by sheque at your residence.
                    Sir, I doubt and therefor I have made complaint and would request you to interfear in the matter and get me my money refund with interest.

                    Till date no one has approached me nor the refund received from the Adani Gas Limited.
                    I have yet not received my refud.
                    I am awaiting for refund from Adani Gas.

                      Under customer ID [protected], I recd a bill dt31.05.2013 for Rs731/- for my gas consumption. The closing reading was incorporated wrong as 83.562 instead of 73.000, despite the fact that I had submitted my meter reading as per provisions of the Adani gas, over net well in time.After contacting Adani Gas on phone the said bill was recalculated & I was asked to pay an amount of Rs466/- & I was issued a complaint ticket No[protected] dt 24.6.2013. The next bill was rectified giving the innitial reading as 83.562 and consumed reading as 81.950( lesser than the initial reading), due to their mistake in the previous bill reading, BUT to my surprise and the casual approach of the gas co. a late payment charges of Rs100/- was imposed on me, for no fault of mine.On my repeated telephonic conversations I was assured that this Penalty on me shall be adjusted (Complaint No[protected]dt 5/8/2013). Again on receiving the bill dt 14/10/2013 I observe that the said amount of Rs100/- has not been adjusted.Contacting the said gas co on phone more than a dozen times, the gas co, admitting their mistake, I am directed to pay the full bill amount, with a promise to rectify their error in the next bill (Compl No[protected] dt 8/10/2013) .It is more than 5 months now & the gas agency has not bothered to rectify error at their end.Please arrange to do the needfull.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, SUB - To START CONNECTION I, Taraben Solanki, have apply for Adani Gas Connection since around 4 Month Ago. I have paid Rs 5000 and also get connection and meter. but my connection/conversation is still not start yet. My Customer ID - [protected]. and Complaint ID is C[protected]. I am complaining since last 2 month at customer complain through Telephone and I got my complain number from this customer complain office. but since last 2 months, I just got timings, that is 2 day, 1 week, or 15 days. but Noone come to start my connection. I have humble request to start my connection asap. otherwise remove my connection and pay my money with interest and compensate me for delaying and harassment for not taking my complaint seriously.                           delaying in refund of excess payment

                          there are n number of complaint in adani gas ltd, a png provider about charging late payment fee of Rs. 100/- in the bill. It can not be justified paying Rs.100/- more in the bill of Rs.300/- means fine of 25%. whereas if anybody has made excess payment company will use this fund for months and when called on customer care they reply we will take minimum three and half month or twenty one days to make the refund. this is the justice customer...

                          Dear Sir,
                          With reference to the aforesaid subject I wish to your kind attention for the said subject matter.
                          I have applied for the PNG connection as stated earlier in Feb.2008 since four year has been passed but we didn’t get any positive reply from your company for PNG connection. I have reminded several times to Mr.Anand [Incharge Adani Gas ltd] for getting PNG connection for said matter but always he replied that you may get connection within one or two month, I can’t understood Mr Anand was gives us assurance that we will get our connection within month or two but FOUR YEAR has been already passed giving this kind of reply.
                          Please look in the matter and arrange for the Early PNG Connection as time is delayed too much. Treat this matter as most urgent. Otherwise I will compel to proceed in court of law. This is for you kind information.

                            महोदय,
                            जब आपके कर्मचारी मेरे यहॉं पर गैस कनेक्‍शन लगाने आए थे तब से मैं उन्‍हें यह बोल रहा हूँ कि मैंने आवेदन संख्‍या 401728, चैक संख्‍या 055307 दिनांक 27/02/2012 द्वारा रुपए 3,200/- मात्र (नीचे के मकान के लिए) और आवेदन संख्‍या 401729, चैक संख्‍या 055302 दिनांक 27/02/2012 (ऊपर के मकान के लिए) द्वारा रुपए 3200/- भरे हैं । इस तरह मैंने आपको निम्‍न प्रकार से राशि का सबसे पहले भुगतान किया है :-

                            भरी गई कुल राशि किंचन पाइंट हेतु राशि बाथरूम पाइन्‍ट हेतु राशि अब तक किया गया कार्य अत: शेष आपके पास बची राशि

                            ग्राहक संख्‍या [protected] रुपए 3200.00 रुपए 1200.00 रुपए 2000.00 रुपए 1200.00 रुपए 2000.00

                            अत: आपके पास शेष बची वह राशि जिस पर कोई काम नहीं हुआ है रुपए 4000.00

                            मैने अपने दोनों ही उपर्युक्‍त सर्विसों में बाथरूप पाइन्‍ट के न लगाने के बारे में शिकायत किचिन कनेक्‍शन लगाने के समय ही आपके आदमी से की थी और उस समय आपके हेल्‍प-डेस्‍क पर भी इस सम्‍बन्‍ध में बात की थी फिर भी आपके आदमियों ने हमारे यहॉं बाथरूम पाइन्‍ट का कनेक्‍शन नहीं लगाकर दिया । फिर जब बहुत दिन तक इस पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो मैने दिनांक 03 जुलाई'2012 को आपके हेल्‍प-डेस्‍क पर शिकायत संख्‍या R[protected] को इस शिकायत आपके यहॉं पर दर्ज कराई और मैंने उनसे कहा कि मेरे दोनों ही उपर्युक्‍त सर्विसों में बाथरूम का पाइन्‍ट नहीं आया है इसलिए यह शिकायत दोनों ही सर्विसों में दर्ज करें, किन्‍तु उन्‍होंने भी यह शिकायत किसी एक सर्विस में दर्ज कर, अपने कर्तव्‍य की इतिश्री कर ली । फिर इसके बाद भी जब कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो दिनांक 25/07/2012 को मैंने पुन: इस सम्‍बन्‍ध में शिकायत संख्‍या R[protected] द्वारा दोनों सर्विसों में बाथरूम पाइन्‍ हेतु शिकायत लिखवाई, किन्‍तु इस बार भी आपके आ‍दमियों ने मेरी यह शिकायत किसी एक सर्विस में लिखकर अपने कर्तव्‍य की इतिश्री कर ली । इसके बाद जब पुन: कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो दिनांक 01/08/2012 को शिकायत संख्‍या R[protected] द्वारा पुन: दोनों सर्विसों के लिए शिकायत दर्ज करवाई, किन्‍तु लगता है इस बार भी उन्‍होंने किसी एक सर्विस में ही मेरी शिकायत दर्ज की ।
                            यहॉं यह समझने योग्‍य तथ्‍य है कि आपने मरे उपर्युक्‍त श्कायतों पर आज तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की और मुझे अपना बिल भेजते रहें । आपके द्वारा प्रेशर सभी बिल जो कि आपके द्वारा किए गए कार्यों से सम्‍बन्धित थे जैसे किचिन कनेक्‍शन लगाने के बाद आपके पाईप आदि पर हुए खर्चे का बिल संख्‍या[protected]सर्विस नम्‍बर [protected]का) रुपए 2792.14 तथा बिल संख्‍या[protected]सर्विस संख्‍या [protected] का) रुपए 1469.11 का समय पर भुगतान किया । इसके बाद गैस उपयोग से सम्‍बन्धित बिल संख्‍या R‍[protected]सर्विस संख्‍या [protected]) का बिल रुपए 4647.00 तथा बिल संख्‍या R‍[protected]सर्विस संख्‍या [protected]) का भुगतान किया । मैंने Security Deposit हेतु भजे गए बिलों को छोड़कर आपके द्वारा भेजे गए सभी बिलों का भुगतान समय पर किया है । इस बिल का भुगतान मैंने इस आशय से आपको अब तक नहीं किया क्‍योंकि मेरे द्वारा इस हेतु जमा की गई यह राशि आपके पास सुरक्षा के तौर पर ऐसे ही इस तरह पड़े रहने वाली है जिस तरह से फरवरी'2012 में मेरे द्वारा बाथरूम कनेक्‍शन हेतु आपकी दी गई राशि रुपए 2000.00 + रुपए 2000.00 = रुपए 4000.00, फरवर'2012 से अब तक ऐसे ही पड़े हुए हैं क्‍योंकि अब तक आपने मेरे घर में बाथरूम कनेक्‍शन से सम्‍बन्धित कोई कार्य नहीं किया है । अभी कल ही जब मैं आपके ग्राहक सेवा केन्‍द्र, मणिनगर में इस बारे में बात करने गया तो उन्‍होंने ध‍मकी दी कि यदि मैंने यह रुपए 4000.00 की राशि का समय पर भुगतान नहीं किया तो वे मुझ पर रुपए 100/- का दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क (Penalty Fees) लगाएंगे । ऐसी स्थिति में कृपया मुझे बताएं कि मेरा पैसा
                            रुपए 2000 + रुपए 2000 = रुपए 4000/- आपके पास जो कि फरवरी'2012 से आपके पास ऐसे ही पड़े हुए हैं, क्‍योंकि अभी तक आपने मेरे घर में बाथरूम का कोई कनेक्‍शन नहीं दिया है, तो क्‍यों न इसके लिए आपसे प्रति महीने रुपए 200/- के हिसाब से रुपए 1000/- (जुलाई'2012 तक) मैं आपसे दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क (Penalty Fees) वसुल करू ? अत: समझ लें कि आपको मुझसे रुपए 4000/- के भुगतान पर कोई दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क लेने का अधिकार नहीं है । अगर फिर भी आप मुझसे इस रुपए 4000/- के भुगतान पर कोई दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क लगाते हैं तो मैं फरवरी'2012 में मुझसे लिए गए रुपए 2000.00 + रुपए 2000.00 = रुपए 4000.00, दोनों सर्विसों के लिए, और इस पर अभी तक मुझे कोई बाथरूम का कनेक्‍शन न देने के कारण आपके विरूद्ध कन्‍ज्‍युमर फोरम व कन्‍ज्‍युमर कोर्ट में द‍ण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क हेतु अपल करने के लिए बाध्‍य होउंगा ।
                            मैं यह रुपए 4000/- की राशि आज भी आपको भुगतान करने को तैयार हूँ, मैं तो बस इतना ही चाहता हूँ कि आप मेरे दोनों ही सर्विसों में बाथरूम पाइन्‍ट का कनेक्‍शन लगाकर मुझे दे दें । जिस दिन आप मुझे यह कनेक्‍शन लगाकर दे देंगे मैं आपको उसी दिन यह रुपए 4000/- का भुगतान कर दुंगा । अत: आपको मेरे इस रुपए 4000/- भुगतान पर कोई दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क लगाने का अधिकार नहीं हैं क्‍योंकि मेरे दोनों सर्विसों की रुपए 2000.00 + रुपए 2000.00 = रुपए 4000.00 की एक राशि फरवरी'2012 से आपके पास हैं जिसे आप अपनी सुविधा के लिए मेरा Security Deposit भी मान सकते हैं क्‍योंकि आपने अब तक मुझे बाथरूम का कोई कनेक्‍शन नहीं दिया है ।
                            यहॉं मैं यह स्‍पष्‍ट कर दूं कि गेस उपयोग पर आए सर्विस संख्‍या [protected] (नीचे के मकान हेतु) पर आए आपके बिल के साथ मैंने इस सर्विस संख्‍या के Security Deposit की राशि रुपए 4000/- भर दी हैं इसलिए अब मेरे सर्विस संख्‍या [protected] (ऊपर के मकान हेतु. पर ही Security Deposit की राशि रुपए 4000/- का भुगतान करना बाकी है और यह रुपए 4000/- की राशि
                            बाथरूम पाइन्‍ट न देने की वजह से फरवरी'2012 से अब तक आपके पास यूं ही पड़ी हुई है, इसलिए आपको इस पर को अतिरिक्‍त शुल्‍क लेने का बिल्‍कुल भी हक नहीं बनता । मैं आपको यह इसलिए लिखकर भज रहा हूँ क्‍योंकि आज ही मुझे फिर एक एसएमएस से ध‍मकी मिली है कि मैं इस रुपए 4091/- का भुगतान दण्‍डात्‍मक शुल्‍क के साथ कर दूँ अन्‍यथा वेमुझ पर कार्रवाई करेंगे ।
                            कृपया इस मामले को उच्‍च प्राथमिकता दें और इस पर उचित कार्रवाई करें ।

                            I am situated at Rudram sky, new ranip, ahmedabad.
                            In this scheme, first adani gas was provided pipe in kitchen through maliya by builder. And when I have initiated for gas connection. Adani service man refused to give connection and told me you have to paid extra money to get connection because of gas pipe through maliya. But that pipe also connected by adani worker. So why I will give extra money to adani gas. It is a fault by adani person.

                              We have apply for Adani PNG for Home purpose on dt. 1.3.2010 vide application no: 186542 and paid deposit on same date for our residence address at Hiren K shah, 82, Pankaj society, Nr Anjali Cross Rd, Bhatta-Paldi Road, Ahmedabad-7.



                              Since last 2 years and 4 months, i have complain on you customer care so many times. And visit personally frequently. At last I talked with Mr Sharma on 25.7.2012 at 11.45 AM on phone, and he reply at 4.00 pm that as and when his engineer come in route, he will attend. No time specify them.



                              I not need refund, I need connection as early as possible. Since last 2 years 4 months, no one can hear our complain. I ask whey u all harrass your clients? If you are not committed to provide services, why you take deposit and give wrong promises.



                              Guide me what can i do? and give me proper person phone no. who can understand our pain.

                                We applied for new PNG Connection at Rannapark, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad -380061 on 03 rd January 2010 along with the other applicants of the society. The supply in the entire society have started almost 1 year back but till date the supplies to our premises have not yet started.

                                Out of 12 members in our block, already 6 connections are working and remaining are pending since long. Many a times complaint for the same is done but NO proper response / action have been received / taken from the Company personnel. However, finally we decided to track the complaint. The below is the track record of the complaint made in June 2011 and the responses received.

                                I was assured by the Customer Care Incharge Mr. Anush M on 24 th September 2011 that I will be informed about the status of the work and also the reason for delay if any. But till date there is no update either in the work nor the reasons.

                                The Pipeline and meter work is already completed long back. But I don’t know what is the problem that the company is yet not starting the connection?

                                Request to look in to the matter and arrange for starting the connection IMMEDIATELY.

                                Your early intervention and action will be highly appreciated.
