Under customer ID [protected], I recd a bill dt31.05.2013 for Rs731/- for my gas consumption. The closing reading was incorporated wrong as 83.562 instead of 73.000, despite the fact that I had submitted my meter reading as per provisions of the Adani gas, over net well in time.After contacting Adani Gas on phone the said bill was recalculated & I was asked to pay an amount of Rs466/- & I was issued a complaint ticket No[protected] dt 24.6.2013. The next bill was rectified giving the innitial reading as 83.562 and consumed reading as 81.950( lesser than the initial reading), due to their mistake in the previous bill reading, BUT to my surprise and the casual approach of the gas co. a late payment charges of Rs100/- was imposed on me, for no fault of mine.On my repeated telephonic conversations I was assured that this Penalty on me shall be adjusted (Complaint No[protected]dt 5/8/2013). Again on receiving the bill dt 14/10/2013 I observe that the said amount of Rs100/- has not been adjusted.Contacting the said gas co on phone more than a dozen times, the gas co, admitting their mistake, I am directed to pay the full bill amount, with a promise to rectify their error in the next bill (Compl No[protected] dt 8/10/2013) .It is more than 5 months now & the gas agency has not bothered to rectify error at their end.Please arrange to do the needfull.
