The invoice pertains to the period 21.06.22 to 17.08.22. My new connection was activated and supply of gas was started on 20.08.22. How and why invoice can be raised for a period when no connection was there. *Kindly cancel the invoice.*
I am sending this message to customer care nodal officer since 9th September, without any response.
My complaint no C[protected] and C[protected] in the matter are still pending.
Moreover next invoice has been raised with adding this balance with late fee

    Shortly after the pipes (PNG connection) are installed for gas usage by Adani Gas, I have received back to back two hefty bills with fake unit consumption. I paid first bill assuming they are legit and company might have charged for something. But it was shocking to receive another bill with gas consumption details whereas gas pipeline hasn't been activated so far in our area.
    Upon checking with customer care, they said bill is generated based on gas consumption and later I raised complaint with the company stating the current scenario.
    It seems clear and plain cheating to many working class people who are innocently putting faith in such a huge company.
    Expected Resolution:
    1. Refund of first bill payment i.e., Rs. 1334 (This bill and its payment is mentioned in the attached second bill). Please find the details in the attached screenshots about customer ID, address, billing, meter reading (fake) etc.
    2. Second generated bill to be nullify to zero as it is false.
    3.Also, please make sure these fraud bills aren't generated and it should be stopped here. I have double checked with my neighbours and all are receiving these bills. Please investigate at ground level and check what is going on. If it continues, I am sure everyone will step back from getting started with ADANI GAS. It's a bad repo in the very start of customer acquisition.

      At my home adani total gas installation was done in 2016 and fit the pipe with the date of 06/2017 and till 03/09/2022 they not changed the rubber pipe.
      I called customer care many times and they told me the team will visit only when your whole society visit is assigned.
      No matter what is the expiry date of your gas pipe, expiry period is over or not they don't care.

          My customer id is [protected]. I have tried to call customer care number but the same is invalid.

          In fact in my flat i have started the work for interior furnishing before shifting. I want that Adani executive may visit the flat and guide us for the space required for the pipe of the gas otherwise after completion of the work it will be difficult to laying the pipelines.

          Hopefully some one will see the complaint ans suggest the way for it.

              We are residents of park elite floors sector 77 faridabad and lot of residents applied and deposits the connection fee in advance to Mr. David of Adani Gas executive around 5 months back and this was promised to us that within month connection shall provided however despite repeated reminder and complaint to Mr.David and to Adani Gas customer care nothing happened till date.

              We felt that residents lost their money given for the name of connection. We request Adani to please look into the matter and provide connection to our society for which they have already took payment in advance.

                Dear Sir,
                We are looking your immediate support . We have shifted to our New Home in the month of June and prior to that we have already applied the Adani Gas Connection . Now almost more than 3 months gone . You inspection team visited 20-25 days back and after that there is no movement happened.

                The Gas pipe line is already available in entire building (All floors) only someone has to connect the pipeline from main line till flat which will be approx. 4-6 Meter Max . We are in touch with one person Mr. Shaki Mobile NO.[protected] from Adani .

                Please understand we were having 2 LPG Cylinder stock .We already consumed one LPG Cylinder 10 days back we have start using the last Cylinder and we have only 10 days LPG stock.

                When ever we talk to Mr. Shakti he is telling need 2-3 days more time and this statement we are getting from him last 20 days but thing are not getting closed.

                We are looking your team support on immediate basis to get the Adani Gas Connection established at my house without further delay

                      Respected Sir,
                      With due respect, I want to file my grievance of making false promises by your customer care department.
                      I was informed that my png gas connection would be resumed by 5th July. However still nothing has been done.
                      I am 74 years old and my wife 67 years old are suffering a lot from last 2 months just because we have no gas connection. We are not able to take our age restricted diet due to this. As a result our health is also suffering a lot day by day.You can understand health related issues due to age.
                      Our gas stove has also the knobs required for png as we were using png from the last 10 years. And due to this we can't even shift to LPG option.

                      Please try to be in our shoes and provide us with png connection asap.

                                Before feb month cng is available 24*7 in my city Bhilwara, Rajasthan but now the situation is very worst. We have to wait for 2-3 hrs even after that we are not sure that we are going to have cng or not.

                                  Hi,

                                  On behalf of my senior citizen mother and father, (65 years old), I applied for a gas new connection at home in posh and city area of Ahmadabad, where in my society my neighborhood has already gas connection present.
                                  I applied during 10 December 2021 and till the date I have not received the connection at home.
                                  I multiple times sent customer care inquires also, which stated that your ticket is open.
                                  I was told that it will take maximum 90 days time. But since you live in city area where already my society has connections, my request will be fulfilled in a month.
                                  So I emailed up two three times in between, the same answer I received that within three months your connection will be done and it wont take much time than that at all.

                                  I tried to call their care number which was busy all the time.
                                  I also sent complaints via chat bot from website and application, from which I donot receive any followups .

                                  They have debited the cheque right after I requested for new connection.
                                  But they donot worry about customer's work being a private reputed company.

                                  Ultimately, on 12 March I viisted their office and met Pooja Solanki, who mentioned that my query will be settled after a month. So, after 4 months I am going to get a gas connection! And again, there will be false promises for buying time.

                                  My aged parents are getting troubled at Ahmadabad city for the gas.
                                  We are in urgent need of Gas connection, so you are once again requested to kindly do the needful at the earliest.
