Dear Sir/ Madam,
I got to know bill was pending I did payment Imitate after the discuss with adani Engineer. He never sent any bill when ever the came to reading. today adani Engineer has came and the told for pending bill I payed Imitate after payment they cut gas connection. I was out I told of City that time I told him.
How my family will survive without gas.
Please Help me on that...

Hi,

On behalf of my senior citizen mother and father, (65 years old), I applied for a gas new connection at home in posh and city area of Ahmadabad, where in my society my neighborhood has already gas connection present.
I applied during 10 December 2021 and till the date I have not received the connection at home.
I multiple times sent customer care inquires also, which stated that your ticket is open.
I was told that it will take maximum 90 days time. But since you live in city area where already my society has connections, my request will be fulfilled in a month.
So I emailed up two three times in between, the same answer I received that within three months your connection will be done and it wont take much time than that at all.

I tried to call their care number which was busy all the time.
I also sent complaints via chat bot from website and application, from which I donot receive any followups .

They have debited the cheque right after I requested for new connection.
But they donot worry about customer's work being a private reputed company.

Ultimately, on 12 March I viisted their office and met Pooja Solanki, who mentioned that my query will be settled after a month. So, after 4 months I am going to get a gas connection! And again, there will be false promises for buying time.

My aged parents are getting troubled at Ahmadabad city for the gas.
We are in urgent need of Gas connection, so you are once again requested to kindly do the needful at the earliest.

    Kindly inform you that Adani gas was installed on 12 September 2021, but till today I have not received my gas bill. I made many calls to Adani customer care but they are not listing to me. My gas connection bill is pending for the last 6 months. I belong to the BPL family, how will I be able to pay this bill together, mailing you with high hopes please help me. thank you so much.

      Stop the Gas supply

      I am frequently reminding to customer care regarding to stop the domestic gad supply permanent and got the inward complaint number but still they are not taking sufficient effort. & raised bills regarding the minimum charges. Please do needful....

        My customer ID is [protected],
        Address rekha singh, 10A/60, Awas vikas colony jhunsi prayagraj.
        We transferred rs 1770 online for gas pipe modification, after modification service men asked me a chek worth rs 4720 for extra gas pipe used during work .we paid chek rs 4720 . But in invice dtd 28.02.22 rs 1770 added twice in bill which is wrong to add this amount 1770 twice . Pl send me fresh bill after reducing rs 1770 which has already been paid online and pl make disciplinary action against false billing person responsible

          Worst Customer Service Call and Rude Behaviour

          We had a modification request at our home as we are renovating the kitchen. We requested Adani multiple times and the helpers (how they address the people who visit site for modifications) finally came! After they came withint 20 minutes while we were talking to our architect/interior designer and discussing with the helper person on what can be do e, the person tells that he has another appointment and has to leave so won’t do that...

          Delayed installation PNG connection

          Address 3, Subham bungalows, shree ram chock, st. Merry school road, Naroda
          Apply for new connection. Paid necessary amount with all member of society. Other than my all connection satisfactory start. My connection not start due to permission from AMC. It is granted since long time but work not start. Call to authority but no response from your side.
          Please start work or reply weather it will provided or not. If not then refund...

          I checked my current month bill and it's 5 rs volunteer cut from the bill I don't want this kind of deduction from my bill.

                    It's about sector-9 Faridabad CNG pump. i went to get my tank filled and suddenly you inappropriate tank filler starts abusing and misbehaving. If this is the behaviour I'm expecting from your group then I'm sorry to say you will be much behind then any other oil and Gas cooperations.

                    Appearance and location:
                    Young(20-25) with light muchtach and last second row of the pump...I request you to immediately take action against him ohtervise I will take adequate measures to make him and your branch suffer.

                      Delay in Installation of New PNG Connection

                      This is regarding the delay in Installation of new PNG connection.
                      I applied for a new PNG connection on 06-Nov-2021. Now it has been more than 3 months since we did our advance payment online and shared the required documents on My Adani Gas App.
                      but there is no visit or response was made by Adani officials.

                      I have called customer care many times and they told me that the engineer/technician would come, but no...

                          My Adani gas pipeline connection stopped suddenly one day so I filled a complaint. Man came to check it and informed there's just minor air suction problem and left. Then next day all residents in my apartment had the same connection problem so they filled complaint. Men came and fixed it in common line but still my connection wasn't resolved. Then in few days meter reading guy came and informed that gas was licking so he removed the line to geyser connection and left. Then reading was taken and I was due for 5000RS of bill payment which is not possible. So I went to customer care located at Drive-in and they didn't respond well. I showed all the proof and still denied to move with my request for double checking the amount due. They claimed that this pipeline didn't belong to them despite my proof of buying it in 2016. I went there twice and got no response. I'm a senior citizen living on my own with no back support and yet I went there twice and got back with no solution.

                            This is regarding the delay in Installation Service.
                            I have filled the form for Gas connection and paid the charges- on[protected]

                            The executive told me due to COVID lockdown, the installation will be done after the lockdown is lifted.
                            Since then nobody came or called regarding the same.

                            I reached executive again and again, he assured me to get it done as soon as possible, but failed to fulfill his many commitments.

                            I made an IVR complain in January 2022, emailed in February 2022, sent upto 3 reminders still haven't received any positive response.
