It's more than 3 months since we did our payment, but no visit or response was made by Adani officials. All our neighbors have a connection except us. In customer care also no proper details are given to us of when connection will be done. We mailed to nodal officer too, but all efforts are in wain.

    My customer ID is [protected] and I had registered the complaint of removal and refixing of the Adani Gas Pipe in my residence on 03.02.2022 and till date and time i.e. 12.02.2022 @ 2:35 pm is not attended. I had called up customer care no.[protected] for nearly 4 - 5 times in the span of 10 days i.e. from 03.02.2022 till 12.02.2022 and every time I had been given various timings. I had called up on 12.02.2022 @ 2:21 pm and the customer support executive told that the said complaint will be solved in next 4 - 5 days maximum. I have been telling from the day of complaint filing that my residence is undergoing renovation and i need the removal of gas pipe line immediately for the work to continue smoothly.

    But i feel that Adani Gas is not in a condition to understand their customer's urgency as it is a monopoly business for them. Is it viable that a complaint resolution should be taking more than 10 days and customers should be harassed and penalized for using Adani Gas Pipeline.

    As discussed, today with Adani Gas Customer care, the lady told very firmly that today is second half of Saturday and tommorrow is Sunday, so that she can try to get the complaint attended on Monday only as we are not working on Saturday and Sunday for complaint resoutions and not sure that the compliant will be attended on Monday or not?

    Again it is a humble request that if any responsible authority is going through the said complaint, pls. get the same attended immediately as my whole work had got stuck up and is costing me financially.

      My mobile number is [protected], have applied for pipeline gas in 3rd January 2022, still I am waiting for the connection..call Center guy’s are too rude to talk, 90 days tat they told & my address is godreg Garden City, Ahmedabad where pipeline connection is already there in society, they just have to connect the line in flat .
      In 21st century someone have to wait 90 days for cooking …which is not acceptable from ADANI GAS like big constitution ..
      Really disappointed from service.

        And Moday they done pipe line fitting.but they don't follow any safety measures and not taking any suggestions from consumer end.
        Pipe line goes to main MCB panels.

            I have applied for new PNG connection on 26-Dec-2021. More than a month has passed and still there is no progress. I have contacted the local Adani office at Springfield colony in Faridabad and the customer care. As per both sources, till the cheque which I submitted along with application form is not cleared adani gas head office, the installation process will not start . Gas grid is available in my neighborhood. I am shifting on 3rd February 2022 and don't have any spare lpg cylinder. I have written on adani gas compliant email ids but nobody is responding. Your are requested to provide the connection at the earliest. Address details and application form acknowledgement is provided below

              I registered complaint regarding pipeline installation. From your side give me date 28/01/2022 and told me, your problem definitely resolve before that date. Are you serious you taken more than month but you can't resolved and do you think your services better than government services??
              If I not pay you more than one month after due date what will you do??
              I know you will give us fine or some extra charge so how I can you fine against your poor and very bad customer services??
              I have phone recording and other digital proofs with me I[censored] want I can share with you and grahaksurksha.

                Sir I was already having the Adani gas connection by the name of asha kedia ( Faridabad), but in 2020 I had removed the Adani gas connection due to reconstruction of my residence, now I had applied for the connection again in October 2021 but the Adani gas staff is creating problems in giving the connection from the same point I have also showed them the old connection point but the staff is not cooperative at all they are very rude, kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible

                  Dear Sir,

                  I reside at C-101, Swarnim Hexa, B/h Sola Bhagvat, Sola-Gota. I have paid Rs. 5112/- (Rupees Five Thousand One Hundred Twelve Only) on 18.10.2020 vide cheque no # 0099001, drawn on ICICI Bank, Naranpura Branch.
                  It has been more than one complete year as on date and I have not got your connection. I have sent several mails to Customercare.[protected]@adani.com on 20/12/2021, 30/12/2021 and 21/01/2022.

                  Now, I want connection or refund of my money as soon as possible.

                  I hope I have make my point clear.
                  Please consider this is as my final request.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have raised a New connection request in the month of November and on 27th Dec my Cheque amount 5618 got debited from my account and got a customer ID [protected]. Since then till date, no one has turned up and visited the site. When I approached the local office they were having no information and now today to my surprise they are saying that it takes 3 months from the date of cheque clearance. Is this not a breach of trust as this has never been told when we applied for a New connection and now no one at the local office of Faridabad is ready to listen to our problem. Can i expect any resolution to this. My contact details [protected]

                          Complaint is open from last 15 days, no one from adani is coming to fix it, no help from customer care service, following up from last 4 days they will only says our team will come today, but no one came till date...

                            Dear sir/mam,
                            This is to inform you that while labour digging pits for gas pipeline in roop enclave which is also known as nagar colony (sector-82) in faridabad haryana pincode-121002 they breaked the main water pipeline which is passing near my home the distance between the pipeline and my home is only 2-2.5 feet . They filled the pits with the soil successfully but the water pipeline not repaired at that time.. After some days the water started leaking out from inside the mattress and also this water goes in my home foundation as you know this can be dangerous my home so at that time i arrange labour and plumber and repaired the pipeline my self. Now i am requesting you to please arrange labour and plumber cost with material cost. You can send anyone to do enquiry about this. I am attaching some photos and videos for proof. Please understand the problem and resolve it.

                              Hi I’m Rakesh Yadav from Faridabad, have got your mail from your customer care
                              I have a big issue and suggestion as under
                              Issue : Yesterday both of mine front car tires were burst due to spike barrier installed at Adani gas filling station near 20A sector Eros mall, this is totally illegally it's very hard to see this barrier and many car owner facing same problem. Even police don't have the rights to place such type of barriers at any place.
                              Now you are responsible for all incident so kindly start the process for reimbursement of money that I bought two new tyres

                              Suggestion : I’m requesting you to please remove immediately such kind of barrier to avoid more incident in future.

                              Note : kindly take this matter seriously otherwise I will go legally

                                Dear Sir, With due respect we proceed that owner of the Flat No. 1308/Sector-49B, PUSHPAC Society, CHANDIGARH, has got wrongly installed the gas pipeline on the roof of stairs leading to Flat numbers 1306, 1307, 1309, 1310 by influencing your gas pipeline fitting agents. This pipeline is now hindering smooth loading and unloading of various things to above mentioned flats. During carriage of heavy items from upstairs to downstairs and downstairs to upstairs, this pipeline may get damaged. Secondly, the owner of the flat got installed meter of gas pipeline near electricity meters, which is another gross violation of installation of gas pipeline rules. Because this can lead to any untoward incident. Therefore, the whole responsibility lies on Adani Gas, who got installed gas pipeline in a wrong manner. Therefore, it is requested that gas pipeline of flat no. 1308 should be installed in a correct way to avoid any untoward incident in future. Matter is sent to electricity department, estate office, registrar cooperative societies, Fire Department and Chandigarh police for necessary action. Thanks and Regards.                                   Our Gas connection( customer id) is [protected]. The rate mention in bill is higher in the bill. The rate should be Rs. 1061 as the consumption of MMBTU is less than 1.60 insted the rate mentioned in the bill Rs.1201(Which is for consumption of MMBTU 1.60) ...we would like to kindly draw your attantion to revise the invoice as it is wrong
