I am frommoali employees society, sector68, mohali(pb) and have 240 houses in the society.Can any representative of adani gas have a camp here and inform about the insallation of new gas connection.It is further stated that neighbouring society having 500 houses has not adani gas connections.So pl. Have a camp here and inform about its benefits to the residents

    I am not getting any person from Adani Gas for site visit / Installation

    Dear Sir,

    I have applied for a new connection of gas line but from last 2 month I haven't receive any person from your side.
    Every time when i am calling to customer care All those people are saying that it will resove within 24 hours but I think your 24 hours is equal to my 20 Days.

    As I am complaining every day from last 20 days, I am calling everyday to customer care but not getting proper response....

    I had requested for Adani new gas pipeline in the month of April 2021. My customer id is [protected]. I have submitted all the documents and have made payment too. I was promised that the entire installation process would be completed within 90 days. In my area my neighbours have Adani gas pipeline. It's not that my sector doesn't have gas pipeline. Now it has been more than 90 days and work has not even started. No one even came to see our premise. No one even called once. I called customer care many times. Every time they say that technician will come in 3 days for sure. But no one came. I even mailed many times at Nodalofficer.[protected]@adani.com but still no progress. Please do the needful. Really disappointed.

      Had paid your all charges according to your services .Therefore only meters of your company's gas line have been installed in my house and it has not been turned on. This is how you provide your service.
      And your officer who gave the connection to all the houses of the whole line except my house does not have the responsibility that he did not come to our house to tell us anything. Apart from that, the officer named Kirit Bhai also says that if I come in person, there will be a charge. Now you tell me if all of them have paid the same price, why don't I charge extra! And secondly, I spoke to your customer service representative last Friday and according to him, I have promised to connect my house till today, but it has not been resolved yet. And right now if I call, it's still seven days. Now you tell me if I want to give feedback to someone for your company, I will just say that the service is not working properly. Now you are the one to say that we have invested behind you and it has all started with it, so we still have to order a cylinder refill.

          horrible experience... promptly encashed the cheque but the connection being is not being transferred or activated iin spite of more than 1.5 months and 10 phone calls so fat...!!!

          No resons or any written communications but just false assurances by customer care executives

            This is to inform you that your services are the worst of all! The men who came go put the pipelines never came back to fill the holes they created at mutliple places infront of my house!
            Secondly, your toll free number is as pathetic as your service, which never gets connected.

            Thirdly, your customer care operators are least helpful.

            Fourthly, the pipe line connection was done and a engineer was sent to run the connection by connecting the pipeline with the gas stove, the place where I reside, all of the residents have got their connection done with their gas stores. I called that only man who was doing the connection multiple times but he did not come, on calling several times, he only picked up to tell me that your tender with them has expired and I should file a complaint instead.
            On calling your poor service support, I was informed that your company is no more responsible for providing the connection of the pipeline with the gas stove and that I should better look on myself for someone who can do that! What the hell!
            Why all the other residents were provided with the connection then? That too free of cost???
            I would like to know when you will send the person to make the connection!
            My gas cylinder has run out and its already been 5 days since I have been waiting to get the connection done.
            How irresponsible you people are??
            If you cannot provide us the person for this work then better not expect us to make the payment for the pipeline and if you feel obliged or you won't be able to provide any help then better remove your pipeline connection

              Dear Sir, as per details, your last payment was made on 25th Feb-21 for invoice generated on 24th Feb-21. Invoice of 30th April-21 remained unpaid, hence its amount is added up in the invoice of 21th June-21 which seems higher side but it is as per consumption made for invoice period of April-21 and June-21.

                    I Van lata rout resident House No- 529-P 2nd floor Sec-21 c, Faridabad Haryana applied for new connection at my resident and paid sum of Rs 1618/- via cheque on Date[protected] appliclation no- 61369 . Its been 6 months installation has been done yet.
                    Even 1st and 3rd floor resident got their connection done early on same plot
                    called many time on customer care they told us problem will resume soon and till yet no service is done.

                    This kind of customer service is not expected from adani gas group.

                    I request service team to solve my issue as soon as possible

                          I regularly get a bill of above 1800 and above. Just above my house my brother stays, he gets a regular bill of just Rs. 150 to 180 . I feel that I am paying for his use also. The line goes through my house on the ground floor (where I stay )to the first floor where my brother stays. We have a connection for gas water heater too, but we hardly use that. Especially during summer. Hope youcan clear my problem.

                                I haven't use gas line yet still I get bill 1079 and even I get call reminder and when I call customer care that time I get message that Number is not registered if number is not registered in system then how they able to call for payment reminder ? How could I revised the bill when am not able to reach customer care officers is I need to go to the office for this small thing is it correct ? When here mistake from you side because without use gas line how you calculate bill amount 1079 am not able to understand

I want to draw your attention that this time our Adani Gas Bill provided by you is very high and I have full doubt that there is some mistake. Normally our Adani Gas bill remains between 800 to[protected]. But this time it shows 2204. This is very high bill and beyond our routine use. Kindly check and solve this on urgent basis.
