Sir, my application no -767755 or 767750 I have applied for new connection on20.02.2021 till now there is no one came for the connection,
add- 15, indurparsth bunglow, near management enclave, Vastrapur, ahmedabad...

I Van lata rout resident House No- 529-P 2nd floor Sec-21 c, Faridabad Haryana applied for new connection at my resident and paid sum of Rs 1618/- via cheque on Date[protected] appliclation no- 61369 . Its been 6 months installation has been done yet.
Even 1st and 3rd floor resident got their connection done early on same plot
called many time on customer care they told us problem will resume soon and till yet no service is...

In our premises, Gas is not coming.

I am out of country since May 1, 2021 and getting a bill of Rs. 1009 for month of May till June 15, 2021. I have already cleared my earlier dues....

I regularly get a bill of above 1800 and above. Just above my house my brother stays, he gets a regular bill of just Rs. 150 to 180 . I feel that I am paying for his use also. The line goes through my house on the ground floor (where I stay )to the first floor where my brother stays. We have a connection for gas water heater too, but we hardly use that. Especially during summer. Hope youcan clear my problem.

We have paid all charges, Despite repeatedly asking the contractor to fit the pipe, But he ignore our request....

Already 4 months are passed but connection is not installed till day.
We both are sr citizen and residing at rented house due to no connection.
I have already made complaint on Jun 8.
Pl solve the problem ASAP...

I haven't use gas line yet still I get bill 1079 and even I get call reminder and when I call customer care that time I get message that Number is not registered if number is not registered in system then how they able to call for payment reminder ? How could I revised the bill when am not able to reach customer care officers is I need to go to the office for this small thing is it correct ? When here mistake from you side because without...

Still 3 months in our society your gas service is not working.we paid your all charges. But still some of people facing this problem....

I have made complaint with regard to new connection is not given to me in September-2020 and my complaint No is R[protected]. Once I have inquired with company for the same of about 5 to 6 times and every time but they told me that, our Inspector is come to your place and then after we will move ahead for new connection, but unfortunately yet no Inspector is come to my place for inspection and no connection is provided...

We request to check our pipeline and meter as we are getting more bill amount than the gas consumption....

We have applied for New Adani Gas Connection before 5 months by the name of Bhoop Singh Kharakpur devipura . Payment for the new connection was taken by Adani before 5 months.
The contractor came to see and asked us to make holes in the RCC slab & then they will come and do the piping work. We made holes in RCC Slab in 15 days and since then we are calling the contractor and customer care support ([protected]) but he is not responding...

Gas is not flowing to the stove and smell is also coming....

We have applied for New Adani Gas Connection before 3 months by the name of Jagjit Singh Bhagat Singh Chhabda. Payment for new connection was taken by Adani before 2 months.

we have face a problems while doing gas payment online threw net banking.We allready paid the amount on 5th april for the bil but payment was refund on 8th april for some technical issues.I will pay again but some technical issues so i can't do that. So please do the needfull.
