[Resolved]  Adani Gas — unfulfilled service request - security hazard - wrongly charged

Address: Plot No. 18, Krishna Nagar, New Industrial Township, Sector 20B, Faridabad, Haryana 121007

I raised a request for removal of gas pipeline for renovation work. I was charged a sum of Rs 3000 + taxes for it. The estimated resolution time was 7-12 days. It has been 15 days and still no team has reached out to me to fulfil the request. I have been calling the customer care and they keep telling me to visit the office and that they can do nothing about it

Since renovation work is going on, it is a security hazard to have the pipeline active.

No one is able to provide a solution to this and I have already reached out to the Nodal Office via email with no response

I want this request escalated and fulfilled or my money back because the service I was charged for is not being provided
