Add Me Cart — Refund not processed when order cancelled with in 2 hours it placed.

Hi,

I ordered Jiofi 4G Hotspot on 'Addmecart.com' on last Sunday April, 25, 2021 but cancelled that immediately on the same day in just 2 hours before it is packed and despatched for delivery.

I immediately wrote them in email about the reason to cancel and also requested them to process the refund. I followed up in emails and also on their whatsapp number to process the refund.

However, it looks like the site is fake because till the date they neither reply any of my emails.

I am sure there must be some communication gap or some misunderstanding
