Adecco — My passbook not showing, & exit date update

Dear sir/mam, I am ex employee of coke (emp Code _430041__), previously I left the job and I want to withdraw my pf but still some issue occur in portal like date of leaving exit date not showing, and also kyc pending..
Please look this matter & do the needful..
