Adecco — pf withdrawal

I have joined adeecco on 11.11.2011 and my contract was upto 30.09.2012 having employee id 501841. On completion of contract period my pf was withdrawal from the period of 11.11.20111 to 30.09.2012.
Further on 30.09.2012 my contract was extended from 08.10.2012 to 30.09.2013 and my employee id and pf no remain same. The extension continue upto 15.01.2016.
Now whenever i request to withdrawal my pf amount the adecco office rejects my request citing the reason "duplicate withdrawal request" as it was already withdrawal upto 30.09.2012.
My problem is i have emailed many times to adeeco office and they have never replied. I have call them many times but no response from their side.
I request you to kindly look after the matter. And help me to withdrawal my amount.
