Adecco — resignation not marked

I have resigned my job in Oct '18 but still you have not marked me in resigned employee., hence i unable to claim my PF in online, pls update me as resigned employee list, i have try to call your customer care but I unable not connect whenever I call ur customer care busy tone only pls process my complaint.
