Adecco — Rude behavior in providing the employment verification letter

Hi Team,

Its been more than than three months i was following up on my employment verification letter to be printed in the letterhead & signed and revert me the pdf document. I used to get very rude response and every time they come up with the same story saying that their manager is now available. Delay in providing this document resulted huge impact on my career growth. I beg your help in getting my document at earliest.
