Subject: Non satisfaction, Fraud(75700/-) & hiding facts by team during final loan disbursal[protected]_Manish kumar singh Dear team, please help me in this. Dear Team, I am writing this mail after suffering from last one week from adhar housing finance limited team. totally mentally harassed by your procedure & customer service. i am in hospital patient care industry. i also deal many patient daily but with proper response and service. here i am briefly mentioned my entire story & experience at adhar till now from last two month. i have planned to buy a home for my family three months ago, as i have a low budget for home. so i choose a free hold property of Rs. 12.30lac at sihani near my living place nand gram ghziabad. its my first time for any home loan, presently no live loan at this moment at on me. i came to know about your bank from one of my frnd, so i have given my papers to Mr. Dheeraj(ex employee o[censored]rs, presently in India bulls Kaushambi) for loan process. in this he asked for his commission 30000/-(3% of my loan value) to passing home loan, i haven't any idea of commission but as i wanted to buy home, i have him 500 on 15.08.15 at same. as i don't have much that time. so he said that at the time of giving me the sanction letter i have to pay him 5000/- for this i agree On 24 i got the message of my loan sanctioned 1008205/-. i reached your rajnagar branch to collect letter, here i met Mr. Narender (at that time ur employee, now in aufl rajendra place, delhi) He told me that first i talked to Mr. Dheeraj till than he will give me the letter. may be they both have their internal setting for this kind of activities. i said to him that don't worry i will pay him, which i committed to Dheeraj, after my assurance Narendra gave me the sanctioned letter. after getting my sanction letter i have given 20000/- Rupees to landlord as token money, which called like bayana amount. After receiving the letter i asked narendra. that tell me that is this a any kind of rule in home loan industry to giving commission to everybody. than narendra replied to me Sir aap kya baat krte h, aap jo commission hme de rye h vo samajh lo ke Oot(Camel) ke mooh me jeera de rye h otherwise 50k se neeche nyi lete aapse. than after getting letter i said to narendra that for further process of final disbursement i will do rest of details after shrraadh, as in 20 September was my father first death anniversary. I contacted Narndra after that & my all legal & technical verification done by 12 october. at the time of technical verification i asked that person who came for taking pic of property & measurement. that if is there any problem in property so he can tell me so that i cannot make any further payment to any other demand of your employees. i paid 3000/- rupees to That technical verification person at that time. after 16th narendra leave your office. but he came there for process of my loan case. on 20 october i visited your office to meet Mr. narendra for further process, as i wanted to done the property registry on 20.10.15 on my 27th birhtday. than narendra asked for his commission & further charges, after all bargaining s he stopped on 12000/- as his commission, i paid to narendra 5000/- at that moment. as he commited me to disburse my loan by or before 20 october. which not happend till that time. On 27 October Narendra called me for rest of his pending payment and some other banking updates of mine. on that i gave him 7000/- and my papers than he promised me to complete my case before 30th October. on the other end i have given 30000/- again to landlord as its almost two month of loan process, so i gave him some more token money. in the evening of 27.10.15, i received call from narendra that due to the gadder lantern in my chosen property they cannot offer my 10 lac loan which they committed me in past. according to your gadder & pattiya roof not lantern. i asked him that if its not the lanter than why your technical person inform me that that. so that i not given any other money but they have no satisfied answer fro this?????????? i said that i am a fresher in home loan, so its your duty that if our are sanctioned the loan to me that at least your have to given me some guidelines for choosing the property. first your sanctioned the loan, on behalf of that i have given 50000/- token money to land lord, 3000/- to technical verification officer & 17000/- to dheeraj+Narendra. your processing fees 5700/- i have taken more than 10 days leave in last 2.5months which cost me more than 9000/- & mentally harassment(which you cant able to pay) by your service. You are sentionning the loan on behalf of salary but in the letter u never mentioned it may be changed after your legal verification? you have to disclose the conditions also of property naa, on which u disbursing the loan. its totally a kind of fraud for me from your end. that firstly you don't even give me any guideline regarding chosen property and after sanctioned the loan & expanding my sum of 75700/-. your are saying me your rules and other things i visited your office 30.10.15, that time i asked him regarding the rules of lenter and other that time a fatty guy siting over there who replied me that if i wanted to know all rules of these details than i have to read your 80pages rules book before applying loan. if this kind of answer is also yours than why don't your employee given me that rule book of 80 pages with the sanctioned letter of loan????????????????????????????? Your employees are saying that you cant sentioned more than 7Lac of loan. Now they are saying to choose me other property on which they issue me 10lac loan. but my question is what about that 50000/- token money which i given to landlord?????? Mr. Rohit Roy met me on 30.10.2015 & he told me to meet the Branch manager on 03.11.15. i asked him to give Branch manager mobile no. or Mail id but he denied to give the same. I visited again today 03.10.15 to meet the manager but as per as employee Manager is not present at 11.45am around time today. here i again meet Mr. narendra today, i told him to provide me he details of branch manager but he also denied. Well its my humble request you to please sentioned my loan which given to me in my sanctioned letter. other wise i have no other option except Consumer court for this issue. and about your commission tendency i will definitely lodge a FIR against Mr. Narendra & Mr. Dheeraj. My landlord given me the time of registry by 05.11.15 last. after that he will sold his property to other buyer. if my token amount money lost because your issues. i have to to consumer court. now i am totally harassed by your people & your service mentally & financially also. i am writing this mail after very depression from your all end of services. i wish you can understand my this serious issue. its not my intention to blame personally to any individual person, i am giving all details above which i am facing from last 15.10.15 till now. so please do the needful on earliest. awaiting for your reply Thanks & Regards Manish kumar singh +91 [protected] +91 [protected] Senior Manager Vasan Eye Care Hospital Delhi/NCR (Optical Department) Was this information helpful? | |||||
