Following is the mail that i sent them with no response since a month and 2 mails

This is with regards to the personal loan account number lxw-m[protected] with the monthly emi of ₹9677 under the name shanel dsouza.
Due to a recent accident i was unable to make payment on time as the accident had left be bedridden and with a fractured spinal cord. This led me being jobless for 6 months and unable to pay 4 emi.
I was fit to work since jan 2019 after which i paid one of the emis and later the rest of the pending ones as soon as i was back to work.
My accident led me being hospitalized and unable to walk or move however this was of no concern to the person calling for aditya birla as when i inform then the next thing they said is if i can pay something today, totally disregarding that the person is in the hospital and cant even move to do to the washroom.
I was later able to work and pay off all pending emis however following is the treatment that i and my wife had to do through.
When i spoke to the person the following were the comments i had to hear:- from the number [protected], whats app conversation attached.
- aukad nahi to ku lete ho loan
- accident hamari galti nahi hai.
- agharpe aake marenge or bacha hua hadi bhi tod denge.

After this king of thirdgrade conversation with ideotic reps, i stopped answering the calls.
After that i was able to pay off one of the emis after chattinh with a rep and he the rest will be inpait till last month.
Then we rec a call on my wifes number that had a person saying the following:- from the number[protected] and [protected] whats app conversation attached.
-your husband is is sleeping around with multiple and not paying our emi.
-i have send you a adfc rep you can slwwp with him and hr will pay off the emi. If you want i will send adfc reps to sleep with you.
-then ahe commented on my 4 year kid saying your kid is also from a adfc rep and not your husbands.
-my husband is free, can you come everyday to satisfy him. I
-i[censored]r husband can't pay a small amount den y did he take such a big loan.
-howhow much time u need r we mad 4 mnths is become u r not paying.
-u kind of begger should not given only money.
- chal be badi ayi. Samaj me nahi ata, gand me hat dalke loan bharegi.
-maderchod, teri maka bhosda, random ki bachi, tera bacha bhi randi bazar me paida hua tha. And some other hindi that is too low to be mentioned as a person. I cant fall to your level.

All this was said after i informed that i had a accident and was unable to walk for a while and i need time to pay off the pending emi. This conversation happen in jan 2019. Now all the emi is paid off however such a treatment from aditya birla finance is not acceptable and is liable to be taken in court. The conversation took place over the phone and when it came to chatting on whatsap they get socialized. This proved that none of your calls are monitored and that guved all the reps total levay yo do or say whatever they want.
After the conversation we had with the representative i understand the level of respect and dignity that the aditya birla representative s have and do not expect anything from such disgraceful employees and such company that do not have any company values. Pls find attached my medical documents proving my accident and fracture that caused me to be late for the payments. Also attached are the whatsapp conversation that i have had with the representatives.
