Aditya Birla Capital — personal loan fraud

I was need money so i applied online personal loan to aditya birla capital, advertisement seen on facebook, then i got a call for documents submition which sen through whatsapp, then they called me to transfer the process fees rs 3500/- which i done. After that i got sms stating that saying amount including processing fees is credited to your account but due to insurance charges loan is on hold, again they asked me to transfer to rs 13500/- which i transfered ang then i got me sms stating that perticular amount is credited to your account including insurance charges and processing fees, after that i got a sms your perticular amount is credited to your account but due to gst your loan is on hold. Gst amount is rs 11200/- but i relised that really is there any gst charges for personal loan??? So i asked taht person to send me your company id, aashar card, pan card and that person sent the same documents and also one office video also. I have that person's documents but may be that would be fake documents... Total rs 28200/- fraud. I hav a phone recording with me.
