Aditya Birla Finance — Active Loan is showing in My CIBIL - I have never taken loan from Aditya Birla

Myslef Divya Gadhiya from Mumbai I have never ever taken any loan on Aditya Birla in entire life but in cibil on my account loan from Aditya Birla has been reflecting which totally not understandable. I request your company intervention and remove the loan from my cibil or mentioned as closed loan.
