Hi, I took loan amount of 152000 from Zest money app . Then Zest money app was closed. But that online loan app was closed but that amount was financed by aditya birla finance . I paid my few emis in adavce which included june 2023 emi . June 2023 emi also I paid in adavnce in March. After Zest Money online app handed over to Aditya Birla finance, . Aditya Birla Finance people didnt checked my payment properly as april may and june emis advanced...

I used an amount rs.169 in Paytm postpaid loan provided by Aditya Birla finance limited. I didn't paid due some reasons. Later when I tried to pay they are adding late fees so I didn't paid fees. Now it shows late fees of around rs.5000 plus. I paid the money I used already but still they are harrassing by making calls /messages to pay late fees as well. For rs.169rupees we have to pay around rs.5549. How come this any customer will pay this much amount of late fees or extra charges.

I have been charged late fee since August 2022 as total 1100 INR late fee is charged however i dont have any due payment .i have sent hundred mails and calls but i am not getting any proper response.please check my issue and get this resolved...

Hi my self darshan I'm receiving calls from agency to pay the amount and they have visited my place and have spoke very rude with my family member and have called me even after the duty hours they have called me in wats app around 10pm and the have spoke very badly the reason behind wats app call us very simple the calls can't be recorded so the agency person will call in wats app and speak saying to send ur family person and bring money the worst way of speaking and calling me more than 13times back to back after 9pm they have done all this and even he as mentioned me saying I'll visit near ur place and miss behave at ur place the worst people are working in agency

Hi, I am Pummi, taken laon from Aditya Birla my biggest mistake, they are charge interest of 10% on my loan amount of rs. around 16 Lakh .So i want to transfer this to another bank, I am now in the mode of begging Aditya Birla for a Foreclosure letter which they have not given me .
Not able to help myself please suggest .

It's more than one month I have applied for foreclosure on 29Jan, 2022 and still I haven't received any documents yet. They just send mail ticket resolved but doesn't send any documents. I have continuously mailing customer care, Siddharth berry, Abhinav Chaudhary and grievances team, but still these spineless people haven't provided any documents. Whereas I had recieved home loan within 2 weeks that too in lockdown. But still begging and waiting for foreclosure documents.
It's high time the CEO of company should look into this matter or else soon people won't take any loans ahead

I have made a part pre payment of 30, 000 which is 20 percent of my loan amount on feb14th 2022. I requested for reduction of my EMI with revised repayment schedule providing all the payment details like payment screen shot along with UPI Transaction number. Still that payment is not updated in your system as per the conversation I had with customer service many times. It's been one month.. Refund my paid amount along with interest.After multiple followups through email. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.

I have taken loan in paytm postpaid with aditya bila finance ltd and i paid all amount after the 5 months due.So please remove my account from loss report in cibil help me to improve my cibil score.

Savita Jaywant patil, have taken home loan in january 2021, and as per condition I have invested rs 200000 in absl mutual funds having folio number [protected]. As per conversation and conditions i have closed my personal loan, so for mutual funds redemption, I want to apply for NOC mentioning that lein unmark, i am continuously getting in touch with customer care . so kindly send me NOC . I am calling and contacting customer care but they are telling there is objection in giving mutual fund amount back. So now after visiting Goregaon branch Ms Farhad sultana, she is linking my home loan emi late payment to mutual funds amount, besides that she only told me tht there is no connection between home loan and mutual fund. I want my money back. Today mutual funds person called me and told to give NOC signed from branch, so i contacted sales person who have given me loan, he told that Farhad sultana have declined his emails and told not to look into my matter. For taking signature and stamp I will be visiting branch tomorrow. Kindly call me or reply me and please release my funds. As per condition from bank i have closed my personal loan. She is also telling she will deduct mutual funds amount from my principle amount. I dont want option i want solution to my case. If I want to file case to higher authority i will do that also.but please look into the matter on urgent base

Self had personal loan with ABFL

All dues paid in time and loan was closed in Nov 2021.

Now self opting for another OD loan with some other company and i am not able to go for the same as my due to below concerns for which self calling customer service number of times and no assistance of firm plan is being provided.

What kind of a service that you are providing us... It's disgusting... When I've been asking to rectify my credit report thay are comeback to me stating that there is no response from you. It's your responsibility to correct my credit report. I've been clearing my ACH every month on time but you guys disclosed that I was due by one month in Aug2021.

I want action to be taken on priority regarding this else I'm going to take this as seriously.

I do not have any loan at Aditya birla finance, but my credit report showing the loan amount of 59000 at Aditya birla finance. Please look into it

Despite many follow up and complaints they are not providing foreclosure letter for my personal loan and they are not allowing me preclose loan...

Totay when i was checking cibil report I could see Aditya birla finance record. I have never applied for any loan in Aditya birla.

I have paid my personal loan amount including foreclosure amount mentioned as per their foreclosure letter on 2nd SEp. I haven’t received the NOC and the refund of my Sep EMI yet. I have raised it issue with them multiple time and still no resolution. Every time I call them they said they will raise a complaint but after 2 days that case is closed without any resolution. I am Kurumathi Raju from Hyderabad. I have applied loan in Aditya Birla finance in the month of June with application no MHF[protected] and they have kept the file for 2 months but they are saying now that my loan has been cancelled because coplicant CBIL score were not upto eligible criteria. Now they were saying that my loan has been cancelled after 2 months.So, kindly solve the issue as soon as possible and reopen my loan process

It has been more than 3 months and PL has not been closed and refund is also not received.

ABFLMUMPL[protected] was closed last month and intimated via mail to care.[protected]@adityabirlacapital.com for stopping future EMI. Now this month I got debit for EMI 26167/- . As per foreclosure I have already paid all money in the month of March21.

This is absolutely not expected from Aditya birla Finance Ltd .

I am also regular customer and investor too.

Need immediately refund tomorrow to avoid to handover this case to Media.

Never ever go for a loan with Aditya Birla Finance Limited. Inspite of closing the loan after two years still they are deducting the EMIs every month. Customer care dont respond to your emails and call centre people will keep you on hold of hours and finally gets disconnected.

Very very bad service. Its a nightmare for people who do the fore closer. I'm not sure what to do and where to go. May be file a case on them.

I had applied for a personal loan of Rs.150000/- at Aditya Birla Finance. On 4.12.2020 one person Mr. Nitin Kr. Singh on behalf of Aditya Birla Finance contacted me over phone (nos. used are[protected] & [protected]) and asked for the various documents needed for taking a loan which were to be sent by WhatsApp. in the nos. given above. I did so and after that the first communication of taking certain charges for passing the loan started on 4.12.2020 with an amount of Rs.3150/- which I deposited online through net banking in their Aditya Birla Finance official SBI account no. whose last three digits are 446 as shown below in the date wise bank transaction statement details.
But till date I have not received a single penny in my given account. As on date the total amount taken by ADITYA BIRLA FINANCE on pretext of giving loans and asking me to pay these various charges (mentioning that every charge would be refunded along with the loan) have reached Rs.50K plus. Every record of my payment can be verified on your end as each amount was transferred via online net banking except one of Rs.8500/- deposited in Cash at their SBI account in e-corner. Date wise payments details done are as given below.

And the height/limit reached, when I was told that my loan has been sanctioned and the amount is 2 lacs plus including my refund amount plus for getting the amount again I was told to deposit an amount of Rs.16500/- as NEFT charges on 18th or 20th.12.2020. I in a polite way mentioned that I do not need the loan now as the reason of taking a Loan applied in the last week of Nov.’20 is already over & now there is no use of the loan to me. Hence, I requested them to kindly return my amount of Rs.50, 975/- taken as various charges. But they directly denied and even threatened me to take the loan otherwise I will not even get my own amount back. Since then, it has been going on like this and till date they have neither given me any loan nor returned a single penny to me. I even spoke to his superior Mr. Sanjeev Kumar who also spoke on the lines of Mr. Nitin Kr. Singh.
Ma'am/ Sir, again with due regards & respect I earnestly request ADITYA BIRLA FINANCE through your portal to refund my Own Money taken as various charges on the pretext of giving loan. Keeping the above given entire ordeal starting from 4.12.2020 till date and also the amount plus time involved...can't a independent citizen of an independent democratic country ask for JUSTICE...

The collection department of aditya birla finance are threatening and hurling abusing at their customer. We have not paid the EMI for 3 months which we understand and it is because of COVID and job loss and financial problems. when we are trying to explain the situations and telling them that we have got the job and will pay all the EMIs in coming months, their Manager Mr. Pawan is abusing at the highest level and giving threats about coming to home and hurting.
