[Resolved] Aditya Birla Finance — already paid the foreclosure amount on 18/09/18 (loan account no. lxw-m[protected] but they marked my emi bounce for this month | |||
Hi, As guided, i already paid the foreclosure amount on 18/09/18 through paytm but my loan account has not been closed yet and neither i have been provided with noc. Moreover they have marked my emi bounce for this month on which bank has charged me with emi bounce charges of 400 rs. I have dropped several mail regarding this and contacted customer support no. Also but i havent received any revert yet. I want my account to be closed and provide me the noc. Moreover i want the emi bounce charges to be reversed and make sure it doesnt effect my credit score. And u have still kept it as outstanding in CIBIL. Do you guys any shame does it take 5 months to update CIBIL. and u happily reject my Loan. Due this mistake of yours my CIBIL is screwed up
Even after NOC for loan account LXW-M[protected] the same is not closed in CIBIL
