Aditya Birla Finance — complaint against collection department

Dear Team,

I have an Loan account with Aditya Birla details given below:-
Loan no : - LXW - M[protected]
Amount Sactioned - 58000/-
EMI - 2215

My August months EMI is bounced as my salary was delayed and there were some medical emergency at home due to which i am not able to pay it currently.

As a collection department i can understand it's there duty to followup for the EMI which is not paid.I was getting calls continuously from last 4 to 5 days about the collection where the persons where little rude still i replied politely that the EMI will be paid as soon as possible mostly in the month end as i will receive my cash at that time.

On 18th August 2018 3 pm i got a call from this no [protected] where a girl named BINDU STARTED SPRY RUDELY...
Listening to my conversation my husband came he told let me speak...Bindu handed over the phone to his collegue Ramesh who is very in appropriate and uses very bad abusing language which is totally very wrong to speak to the customer.

When my husband took the phone that guy Ramesh conversation's i am writing in this mail ..Sorry to use such words in mail but i need to inform this to Aditya Birla Team in detail properly..

HE IS SAYING TO MY HUSBAND " TU KYA AGENT HAI KYA USKA WO RAND KO PHONE DE" SUCH DISGUSTING WORDS HE USED...

Then my husband kept the phone as he was also not comfortable speaking all this...
But Again that ramesh called and he is saying " Gand fat gayi kya teri bat karnekeliye"

and started giving all bad and slag words which cannot be told by me rite now..so disgusting all this..

Aaditya birla such a brand name is hiring such people in office ???
Is this the way to speak to the custome jst for the emi of 2215???
Are we Taking the loan free???
i think we are paying it off with interest andbounce charges
there is no such rite to speak to the customer like this.

BINDU'S conversation" Nokar hu kya main aapki..Mherbani kar rahe ho kya...Payment ki bat karo."
Is this the way to speak to the customer...

I want immediate actions taken against both of them using such slang words..
Very badf experience by Aaditya birla..

Finally we kept the phone saying we will come and speak to you in your office..They were calling from Villeparle office..

This is very wrong way to speak to the customer...Specially to my husband about me how can he say like this...

it was a total HARRASMENT CALL...PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THIS

Also we spoke to the call centre of Aditya birla...Where we spoke to Pradeep singh senior person there...He said we will speak and said apologize for this and told me to send a mail.
