It's more than one month I have applied for foreclosure on 29Jan, 2022 and still I haven't received any documents yet. They just send mail ticket resolved but doesn't send any documents. I have continuously mailing customer care, Siddharth berry, Abhinav Chaudhary and grievances team, but still these spineless people haven't provided any documents. Whereas I had recieved home loan within 2 weeks that too in lockdown. But still begging and waiting for foreclosure documents.
It's high time the CEO of company should look into this matter or else soon people won't take any loans ahead Was this information helpful? |
