I had taken a Loan from money view loan Application on behalf of Aditya Birla Capital Finance (ABFL)
I have paid some of my 12 emi's regularly
But unfortunately i lost my father and job and also I tried requesting to allow me time for 3 months so that whatever the EMI amount was there I will be paying.
And i am unable to pay my loans so I have requested them to give me some grace period... But they are still not listening,
And they have access my of contacts
They are calling and abusing me and my relatives, contacts on regular basis.
According to DATA PROTECTION ACT 2019. This is illegal what companies are doing, they are not following GOVT. NORMS.
