Below are the problem faced by me due to their ### services
1. No consumer relationship branches.
2. Each email reply comes in minimum of 15 day
3. I have been following up for FCR letter since June, I got the same in July.

I had taken a loan from Aditya Birla finance limited .i had payment loan amount by PAYTM 1th of AUG 2018 and successfully amount deduct my account . I had received continues call & text massage form aditya Birla for due EMI amount. I am also mail mark aditya Birla with bank statement & PAYTM statement . Today I received legal notice.

I had taken a loan from Aditya Birla finance limited . they disbursed the loan amount in my account on 4th of January 2018. but as per there record they have disbursed the loan amount in my account on 31st December. They had deducted 1273 rupees from my loan amount as as interest for period of 31st December to 4th January . 5th of every month is Loan emi due date.
