Aditya Birla Finance Limited — not sending noc for the loan

Hi sir,
I had taken a personal loan (Lxw-m[protected] of 1 lacs from abfl through mobikwik. The emi was supposed to start from october 2019, but before that i had called to the customer care and paid the total money of 102083 rupees on 30 september 2019 and also received the confirmation massage from bank that “we received the amount for the loan account”.

In the preclose letter ot is not written anywhere to send the payment screen shot, but was written in the mail as a request. As i received the confirmation of the payment, i did not sent any screenshot of the payment.

When i requested a noc of my closed loan they told me that please send the screenshot and we will send the noc. Screenshot sent but not received the noc. Instead received a foreclose letter again to pay money to close the account.

Their customer care executive is telling that the outstanding is showing “zero” and we will send the noc, but their backend team calling and asking for deferential money from 30 sep.

Why should i pay again if their system can not track the payment towards the requested foreclosure even i received the massage of confirmation from bank.

I want the noc as soon as possible. If not pay the interest of the full money that i paid you on 30 september 2019 till date. Interest should be calculated both ways, not only one sided.

What is the status of this complain? I paid today 3563 rupees additional with lot of pain as the differential amount from September 30 to November 15. Please help me to get back my money.
