I am fed up Aditya Birla, following for my foreclosure letter since 2nd November.
Till date, I mailed atleast more than 10 times, Also called in your customer care more than 15 times, spoke with so many executives with repeated same story to everyone.

I am also working with NBFC only with Shriram Finance as a Asst.Vice President, Handling Mumbai. Worked with HDFC Bank, Standard Chartered, Fullerton India, HDB Finance.
I know the policies about foreclosure terms & conditions. But Aditya Birla is so pathetic NBFC in terms of customer service.

Now, I am coming on point.
After requesting on 2nd November for foreclosure, You sent me mail on 20th November stating my mail id is wrongly updated in your system i.e, mohender.[protected]@gmail.com, Instead of [protected]@gmail.com ( only the difference of DOT between mohender prusti).
Now my question is, who updated my wrong mail id in your system, Definitely, I will not give you my wrong id.

Just because of your fault, I am facing problem since last so many days.

Brief Detail of my follow up with Aditya Birla people...
After requesting on 2nd November for foreclosure, You sent me mail on 20th November stating my mail id is wrongly updated in your system.
# Then, Immediately, I called customer care on dated 17th November, spoke with SUPRIYA, I spoke 45 minutes, she told me that she updated my mail id request, and it will updated in 2 days and then i will get foreclosure letter.
# Then, for confirmation, I again called cust care on 22nd Nov, spoke with KUNAL, He confirmed that, " there is no request is accepted for mail id updation, It means in my first call, SUPRIYA did nothing just fooled me. Then Kunal took my mail id updation request and told me that it will update in system in 2 days and I will get my foreclosure letter soon.
# Again on 24th Nov, I again called and spoke with some Lady in customer care (forgot to ask her name). I asked her about my mail id updation, I got surprised to know her revert. She told me that there is no request has been taken for any mail id updation. I really got surprised, WHETHER ITS A REPUTED NBFC OR ANY PATHPEDI ??? Then that Lady again took my mail id updated request and told me the same thing that my mail id will update in 2 working days. After this call finally i got confirmation mail that my mail id updation is under process ( CAS-226845-X3P1Q3 CRM[protected]
#Again on 26th Nov, I called to know the fact and spoke with FATIMA, She told me my request has been taken for mail id updation and it will again takes 2 working days. From 24th Nov to 26th Nov, 2 working days over & I didnt get any confirmation mail from Aditya Birla about my mail id updation & my foreclosure letter.

KINDLY NOTE: IF I DIDN'T GET MY FORECLOSURE LETTER TOMORROW ON 27TH NOVEMBER, I WILL FORCE TO ESCALATE IN BANKING OMBUDSMAN RBI COMPLAINT CELL.
