Hello Team, my name is Arvind Kumar, today i visited along with my father who is cancer patient, my father is a ex army retired personal he is authorised ECHS member, i visited Block B, where reception person told me to visit medical assistance team which is located adjacent to reception. I talked to a lady their and requested her to validate if we would get a rebate at OPD as my father is ECHS card user, she said you will not get, i asked mam would you please double check, my conversation was going on with that lady suddenly a gentleman with the name Ajay Singh Negi interrupted, he was extremely rude, loud, impatient and looks angry(not sure why) he said are not you able to understand i said Sir i am just requesting her to just check again, he said i am managing this work since 15 years, unnecessary gentle went into argument he said me shutup(atleast ten times) get out
Team, after todays behaviour i would never ever will seek any medical services from Batra hospital Tughlabad, i want higher authorities to immediately share strong feedback with Mr Negi.I think hospital should setup an example here this kind of behaviour should never be accepted.

Reference to your complaint regarding Appointment System of Investigations, it is stated that we have already an appointment system. Whenever any patient/attendant want appointment, he/she calls at Imaging Reception Counter on[protected], Extn. no. 2055 / 2026 and ask for appointment.
In your case there was delay due to 3-4 sick patients required urgent investigation, we apologized for your inconvenience.
In case you face any issue in future, you can meet me in my office at Block-A, Ground Floor.
