Kafi der k baad unhone card banwaya to Maine card se payment kri to Mera card unhone rakh liya aur card return kerne se mna kerne Lage phir mai unko bol ker card wapas liya . Uske baad unhone mujhe dhamki di ki jao Dr. Ramesh k pass woh khud tumhe bhaga Dene. Aaj mujhe apne papa k samne bahut bura feel hua aur woh sirf mr. Pratap ki wajah se. So plz action for this staff .

      I took my mother aged 70 years for MRI Brain. She was asked to come at 9 AM with 4 hr fasting. We reached the hospital on[protected] before 9 AM, made the payment submitted the form by 9.15 AM at the MRI reception. We were told that there were 3-4 patients before us. After waiting for 2 hrs, I approached the reception but again was told there were 3-4 patients. When I questioned him and told my mother's condition, he excused that there were more ward patients for MRI. But I observed that he was sending some outside patients also out of turn. There was no use arguing with reception. Finally my mother's turn came at 3.30 pm after waiting for 6.5 hrs. She was empty stomach almost for the full day, despite being diabetic and aged. Such patients should have been given some priority. The hospital should go for prior appointment system like majority of the hospitals so that patients need not wait for uncertain amount of time.

      Reference to your complaint regarding Appointment System of Investigations, it is stated that we have already an appointment system. Whenever any patient/attendant want appointment, he/she calls at Imaging Reception Counter on[protected], Extn. no. 2055 / 2026 and ask for appointment.

      In your case there was delay due to 3-4 sick patients required urgent investigation, we apologized for your inconvenience.

        I am complaining about neglected OPD patients which are shown on behalf of ration card and giving priority to private patients, Me and my mother are waiting for doctor queue for an 2 hours and they didn't notice us and don't call us, even when I am asking for our number they are just ignoring us. They are giving the priority to private patients only.

          Complaint against Dr. R D Yadav (cardiologist)

          We have been visiting Batrq hospital from last 6 months now. I take my father to Dr R D Yadave for cardio check up.

          Each time we visit hospital, we have to wait atleast 1-2 Hrs for doctor to reqch hospital.
          Worst thing is that I always call doctor before coming to hospital and he gives a time and then also he is not on time.

          I planning to change the hospital now because Batra Hospital doesn't respect...

          Hello Team, my name is Arvind Kumar, today i visited along with my father who is cancer patient, my father is a ex army retired personal he is authorised ECHS member, i visited Block B, where reception person told me to visit medical assistance team which is located adjacent to reception. I talked to a lady their and requested her to validate if we would get a rebate at OPD as my father is ECHS card user, she said you will not get, i asked mam would you please double check, my conversation was going on with that lady suddenly a gentleman with the name Ajay Singh Negi interrupted, he was extremely rude, loud, impatient and looks angry(not sure why) he said are not you able to understand i said Sir i am just requesting her to just check again, he said i am managing this work since 15 years, unnecessary gentle went into argument he said me shutup(atleast ten times) get out
          Team, after todays behaviour i would never ever will seek any medical services from Batra hospital Tughlabad, i want higher authorities to immediately share strong feedback with Mr Negi.I think hospital should setup an example here this kind of behaviour should never be accepted.

                Respected sir/maam,

                My wife and my newly born child are admitted in B- Block, Room no. 376 and NICU resp., I have found that there is no CCTV camera in the corridor.

                I request you please do the needful for the security of patients.

                  My mother has to be discharged today morning. It was not done at 2.15 pm every time they do not give any satisfactory answer. It is painfull physical and mentally.

                      I would like to draw your attention for Vijay Hangloo. I had operate my cyst from Vijay Hangloo 14-Dec-21 on right foot.

                      But doctor had operate wrongly place & not operate totally cyst from foot when my stitches dissolve & swelling down that cyst is appearing same place.

                      I had discussed this case with him but his behavior & suggest that you have insurance & we will operate again and right now get it pinch by...

                      My name is Gaurav Vermani and I booked a slot for COVID vaccine Sputnik for dose 2, date 9 Jan 2022 with a time 9 AM to 5 PM but when I reached hospital around 4:46 PM to get the vaccination, the staff denied for the vaccination and told me that as per Government notification we are bound to stop vaccine now as website of cowin is under maintenance and we don't have vaccines now.
                      I also had a conversation on 1075 complaint no where the representative told me that there is no such notification issued by government to stop tha vaccination before 5 PM.
                      I have made a video of the staff as a proof in which they are not even responding to me.
                      I came from.Faridabad to Delhi to get the vaccination and the response is Zero.
                      Now the question here is what should be done in this case?
                      Please look into it and respond accordingly.

                        I came with my grandfather Mr Munindra lal Das, first day when i visited with my grandfather at the hospital to consult Dr Angshuman than we have to wait so much time that my grandfather fell down and than Dr suggested to admit him to the hospital, and now after discharging him from the hospital i am revisiting the doctor and now also i am waiting from past 2hrs and till now doctor has not called us, it means its the planning of the doctor patient should wait for so much long that after being unhealthy by waiting for the doctor than doctor will suggest to admit in the hospital.
                        I suggest that their should be a rule of senior citizen or else who have discharged recenlty they should get priority...or if the doctors are planning and incoming from this than its very bad, and now i will tweet about this in twitter...Thankyou, my contact number is [protected]

                          As on 19th October 2021, OPD counter and imaging department are not properly managed even after paying for 700 to 900 fee, there are long queue of patients waiting to get their OPD cards & same is with imaging department people present in Imaging depart are like giant sloths who make people wait for at least 40 to 90 minutes for a simple ultrasound also in some cases a male radiographer is present in ultrasound room . Such a big hospital and they don't have female radiographers on duty it is quite embarrassing for female patients to undergo USD with a male radiographer.

                            My father, subash chandar vohra, bhmrc no: bh721650 was diagnosed with pleural effusion in the lungs. He consulted dr. Supreet batra, pulmonologist at batra hospital who admitted him for 9 days in the hospital and diagnosed the prob as :" granulomatous inflammation and termed this tb and gave medicine for tb for 6 months without explaning the side effects of the medicine. Each time he visited the dr at the opd he gave a casual approach to the prob. It was only after 3 months that his vision started getting lost due to combutol toxicity did the dr stop the med. Now my father has lost 90% of his vision due to the casual approach and carelessness of this dr who never told nathing abt the side effects of the med to an 80 yr old patient . Have shown at reputed eye hospitals like eye sciences and centre for sight who have rejected his case . I wish to put my grievance against such a dr and some action should be taken against him for the loss he has caused to my father due to side effect of the combutol med.

                              This is Rajani one of my friend reffered me i went hospital in the month of 19th February-2021, i have paid amount Rs15000/- they are not provided terms and condition and bills after fourdays i have called where is receipt after that they are provided in the mail, They told to me there is a one year treatment i have paid total amount they are converted to six months EMI have taken medicine in the month of february due to healthy issu moved to to our home town .they are called in the month of march 2021 for treatment i told them we are not there in hyderabad please return the amount they told that we are helpless .before paying they are not told any terms and conditions now they are telling terms and conditions.we are not there in hyderabad last six months onwards i am not receiving any call .these is worst service i feell

                                The staff is highly unqualified and irresponsible
                                Icu has been left without any staff for more than 20 minutes with a critical patient on ventilator
                                No professionalism
                                No knowledge
                                No communication between doctors and nursing staff
                                Nursing is under no monitoring
                                Attendents had to inform the staff about the changes on vital of the patients otherwisw they are sitting and chatting in the corner of the icu
                                Its been 1:45 that we have called the doctors and no staff is in icu and now its 2:07.

                                  Dr Shelly Batra is very careless person. She didn't actually care about us at all. I came here at 9 50 am and she calls every patient rather than me. I dont know what's her problem with me. She avoids me all the time.
