Today I came to the hospital for endoscopy. It was vary bad experience. Right from enquiry to endoscopy. Registration counter send us first floor south wing they send us emergency counter, emergency counter send us mother and child care and scopy department again they sent to emergency counter for billing.lasty we went to billing counter but it took us 1 hour to complete bill counter process as the leady was working very casually and slowly. Then we again went to scopy department. The scopy department keep us waiting from 11.30 to 3.00 . Finally our test done. It was only 5 minutes work. We have to wait until 3.00pm without food. It seems that doctor and concern staff is least care about petient. It was very bad
and irritating experience. Your so called management and it's approach and services is third class grade.
