      On 25th january 29, 2017, we have gone through an annual preventive health check up at aditya birla memorial hospital, thergaon, chinchwad, pune, maharashtra-411033. Telephone no:[protected], email: [protected]@adityabirla.com... Subsequently i paid an amount of rs 14, 571/- through my credit card. However, the actual bill was rs 14250/- bearing bill dated 25th january 17.

      On top of that the hospital charged me rs 321/- for payment through credit card which comes to 2.25% of total amount.in spite of several request the hospital people were so adamant to charge me the extra 2.25% because of credit card. I have also asked them the bills or mention the same amount in the invoice which has been denied right away.

      Frankly it was a great surprise to me. While the government is driving very hard on cashless economy and digital payments the reputed & big business house in healthcare industry like adiyta birla group are looting public openly without any fear. If this hospital thinks the 2.25% extra charge for credit card payment is legal, then why they are not mentioning in bills. Please imagine the number of transactions they made in a day, month and year, 2.25% of credit card and may be 1% of debit cards would be an accumulation of huge unaccounted money or not paying any taxes on same.

      I have lodged a complaint on jago grahaka jago bearing complaint id : 9956192 dated 20th may 17, wrote to rbi, controller of legal metrology (Weights & measures), ministry of finance etc, unfortunately everyone is saying it does not come under them. Only one person is now left indian prime minister.

      I am really helpless.

        Hi Sir,

        Patient Name :- Varsha Datta Kad

        My Name is Datta kad and my wife was admitted in Aditya Birla on 6th march for ecatopic pregency.
        so they discharge my wife on 9th March. so the total bill was 136000 and approved by insurance company is 114000.
        so in this case hospital should take difference amount i.e (Actually bill136000 - Approved by insurance company114000) = 22000
        so they collected 30231 from me. when I asked why your taking extra amount from me then they not given the proper reason.

          dear doctor i was hospitalized in platinum ward during 10 May to 13 may due to lower back pain. i would like to highlight and request hospital management to improve the following services. 1. MRI Report : More than 24 hours taken to disclose the MRI report. It was really strange. without MRI report, the doctor was not able to take the correct actoin. even i was also consfused, why the report takes this much time. 2. The walker was not available in the ward. after so many request your staff arranged 3. wheel chair : Use to wait around 15 ~ 20 minutes to go and come back for IFT and MRI. 4. TV was not functioning and even Remote was out of reach for staff also. any way the TV start functining after too much followup 5. Food quality : since outside food is not allowed. therefore the food quality and soup quality must improve. so that the basic requiement of human body can intake for correct response of medicines. 6. Due to ward name ( like Gold, platinum, suite, saffire), my mediclaim policy got doubt, weather i am eligible for such ward or not. therefore please make a check list and eligibility for each group
