Hi,
She is frustratingly answer to queries asked by patients family member and making fun on floor. She is mentally harrassing and we cannot do anythingas she is the only person on floor as a doctor.

    I booked an appointment for my mother's cancer treatment with Dr. Ravi Wategaonkar. I booked the appointment for 11 a.m. I saw Dr Wategaonkar chilling at Hospital canteen around 10:50 am. He came around 12:30 pm to attend the patients and there were around 20 cancer patients waiting for him. This is very unprofessional behaviour specially when you are dealing with cancer patient. Imagine them waiting and some of them were so sick it was difficult for them to even sit for that amount of time.

      I took appointment on 4th Feb for Doctor Khan and upon visiting hospital, at reception I have been told that doctor is not available.
      Then I got appointment for next day and I have been charged Rs. 100.
      Then on 5th Feb I again went hospital and at reception they said doctor is not available.
      Now my patient is in trouble and hospital people are not ready to accept patient.

        I tried too much call to the aditya memorial hospital thergoan pune to book an appointment but they didn't received it. I am trying this from last 3 days. 1 time surprisingly they pick my call and said dial 7612, and magic is that I dialed 7612 number already. Anither time after several calls they said few lines which is not cleared. So please improve your appointment booking method and give me appointment for preemployment medical test.

        They call me regarding the same and discuss the issue in depth. I don't know what is the status now. I went there directly without an online appointment and they consider me for the pre-employment health checkup process. Thank you consumer forum.

          And earlier I have raised the complaint but no action taken from company, let me know if you are not able to resolve my issue

              My father was recently hospitalized in the Covid ICU, while admitting him his clothes were changed from the ones he wore to the ones that the hospital gave him, with a clear understanding that on his release he would be given back the clothes. After 11 days (9 in ICU), at the time of his release the hospital denied any knowledge of his clothes, I had to fetch a new pair for his release. This might seem to be a trivial problem but has happened with me twice in a span of 2 months. This reflects very poor service quality. While there are other issues including being overcharged ( but I guess this is not something the forum can resolve) and hence not raising it here. But one expects basic service standards from a hospital which charges a premium, quite a shame for an institution which is part of a premium conglomerate

                I was diagnosed by Dr Varsh Rangari on Dec 25th...she informed me that since she is going on leave, I can come for follow up on January 3rd...
                When your accountant charged me INR 750/=, I told her that I could have cone on 5th day but the doctor was on leave so she asked me to come on Jan 3rd, how is it my problem. She agreed it was her mistake but your supervisor (he should get an award) Mr Pankaj Singh started telling me illogical hospital rules so I had to take him to the doctor who agreed that she told me to come on Jan 3rd since she was on leave.

                Out and out case of cheating and a huge disappointment...

                Completely Marwadi style of functioning. Please tell me if the Doctor tells me that she will be on leave and so I have to come on January 3rd, I feel the hospital expects me to have found about their billing rules...if what the Hospital says is correct, the Doctor should have told me to come to visit an alternate doctor on 5th day...complete fraud...

                  Today I came to the hospital for endoscopy. It was vary bad experience. Right from enquiry to endoscopy. Registration counter send us first floor south wing they send us emergency counter, emergency counter send us mother and child care and scopy department again they sent to emergency counter for billing.lasty we went to billing counter but it took us 1 hour to complete bill counter process as the leady was working very casually and slowly. Then we again went to scopy department. The scopy department keep us waiting from 11.30 to 3.00 . Finally our test done. It was only 5 minutes work. We have to wait until 3.00pm without food. It seems that doctor and concern staff is least care about petient. It was very bad
                  and irritating experience. Your so called management and it's approach and services is third class grade.

                    My father got admitted to this hospital on 11th August.
                    No proper care has been taken in the ICU.. He was not given a bed pan nor cleaned properly resulting in severe rashes on the back
                    Plastic surgeon who visited in the hospital says it will take 3 weeks to heal
                    Who is responsible for this? You are expected to at least clean up patients and provide daily sponge bath to those who cant take care of themselves
                    The attitude of nurses and ward boys is very bad in the ICU.

                        I called customer care executive of Aditya Birla Hospital on 2nd July 2021 morning regarding charges for RT PCR and was told its 600/-. When I went there same day in afternoon, hospital receptionist told me its 850/- +100/- RS extra for registration since I am coming for the first time.

                        I told them about my discussion with customer care that they mentioned only 600 but receptionist said that customer care is giving wrong info.

                        Hence I went and got my RT PCR done. But when I checked the Invoice Bill, I saw that I was charged 600 RS for RT PCR + 100/- for registration and 250/- RS for PPE KT. When I questioned about this I was told that RT PCR attendant changes PPE KT for every new customer hence they charge this amount but in front of me itself another lady went for RT PCR and PPE KT was not changed by sample collector.

                        I already raised this concern in the feedback form provided to me but I now that must been thrown in garbage after I left.

                        This is really shameful that such a big hospital is cheating every customer for 250/- RS in the name of PPE KT which is not even used by anyone.

                        No, my issue was not addressed. I just received a call asking for contact number of customer care who told me that RT PCR cost was just 600/-.

                          I was admitted in aditya birla hospital on 25th May 2021. I was harassed by Dr Venkatesh and Dr Vijay Ananad. They did not started my treatment for 2 days and mentally tortured me. During admission day I drove car and got admitted after 2 days I was not able to stand and talk. They mentally tortured soo much I was about to commit sucide in icu.

                            My father in law is admitted to Covid section but absolutely careless approach from doctors. No proper updates about our patient. One doctor is telling remdisivar started and after 8 hours another doctor is updating just form has filled for injection. No CT happened for almost 3 days. Very pathetic. They are spoiling their name in market. Not good thing. We are paying best against the your poor treatment, you should understand. Justification required for this.Someone should take note of this . Senior and responsible member of Aditya Birla Hospital should take a note and act on this.

                              I have admitted my dad to Aditya Birla hospital COVID ward on 8th April 2021. As per the new policy mobile phones are not allowed with patient. Now since 3 days phone is not with him and so I could not talk to him. When I tried to connect with patient through landline then no one receives the call. When talk to your admin then no one is responsible and they simply say you cannot talk to patient it is not required. I want to give phone to my father so as we keep on motivating him to come out of these difficult times.

                                Dear Sir / Madam

                                I m Devina Mishra 53 years old Female - a resident of Punr n have been visiting hospital since 2011 for my parents n for myself as n when !

                                This is regarding a complaint about your tele / online consultation desk.

                                I contacted them on their whatsapp around 9.30 am to consult
                                Dr Anand Vijay whom I m consulting since 2011 /12 & very recently also when I got covid+ on 12th March 21 in Dubai.

                                Today I again needed to consult n I messaged tele consultation team around 9.30 & till now 6 pm I m awaiting to hear for appointment after making online payment of Rs 500.

                                I understand the busy schedule of hospital n staff during the testing times but the team should respond atleast if consultation is going to be or no n what time.

                                After making the payment the team decided not to respond only. Its not acceptable.
                                I m waiting since 9 hours.

                                Last 4 hours I m messaging n calling them to just tell me tentative time of my tele appointment but they are disconnecting my call n not replying my mesaages.

                                It's just because dr Anand Vijay who is such a competent n good natured doctor that I m calling Aditya Borla even from sitting here on Dubai but the behaviour of your staff - whoever was on duty today specially from noon till now)( check timings of m( y screenshot) otherwise I wouldn't have contacted. Its a kind of discourteous n disrespectful behaviour from your staff by non reverting once the payment is made n disconnecting my calls deliberately.

                                Currently I m stuck up on Dubai & despite telling them not to call on my India number, I m getting 2 calls on my India number.

                                You are a hospital of repute n these kind of behaviour definitely give a bad name to hospital.
                                I request you to please look into the matter. N position some good n efficient staff.

                                  The patient is still in ICU & the duty staff are very careless even to take care of the patient.
                                  Neither the GOONS allow even one family member inside regularly NOR the staff takes care. HORRIBLE
                                  Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Even after 48 hours of complain, no improvement in services.
                                  Further they look for options to increase the patient's bill by adding cosmetic products.
                                  The nursing staff lacks all requisite empathy.
                                  A CSR initiative by the Aditya Birla group is just a money minting machinery 😀

                                    Hi Team,

                                    Since last two days I am suffering from this since I am admitted in hospital, in afternoon sunlight direct hits on my bed and due to that it is very difficult to stay on bed. As I am Covid patient I can’t go outside and Hospital staff least bother about and take are just here to take money from patients without providing Proper health service...

                                    As direct staying in sunlight during 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM is harmful for Covid patients,

                                      AB is a just name sake! Inside condition is worst.
                                      I got adimitted on 27th Feb, with in 24 hrs they shifted me in 3 different rooms with a reasoning that they need this room for other patients!

                                      No Hygiene at all, they are putting patients on same bad even without changing mattresses!

                                      Rooms condition are pathetic, No cleaning at all, lot of sit inside the room.

                                      No ventilation at all / even a fan is not there.

                                      It’s worst even a small town Govt. hospital.

                                      I will not recommend to use AB

                                        I was admitted in the hospital from 6th Nov to 12th Nov. 2021. Insurance company, BAGIC, delayed revised authorisation letter. So hospital charged difference amount from myself and told me to claim this amount from insurance company. Since then I'm trying to get the extra amount taken from me to be reimbursed. After lot up follow up and oral complaint through consulting Dr. Rajesh Badani, TPA team told me to take follow up with Bagic. For that they have taken more than 2 months to give concern communication documents. After receiving concern communication, I approached to BAGIC and came to know that Bagic has been made payment to ABMH vide urn no. SIN00043Q968655 amounting ₹262283.00 on 17/11/2020. Then I again contacted to TPA team. They send me to accounts and account s are telling, we have wrote mail to BAGIC. After a week period I again contacted to accounts section they are telling to take follow up with Brijesh of TPA. Now TPA not answering my calls. My money ₹23000/- has been blou with you. I'm very disappointed.

                                        Yesterday, on chat boat I was assured that I would receive a phone call from concern on same day. Till time I didn't get any call from ABMH.
