Aditya Promoters Pvt. Ltd. — Fooling people with the name of Corel

These scammers called me with the name of Corel and said we are using pirated copes. Within a minute i got to know that they are fake because of the guys poor communication skills and the humor was that none of the systems in my office was having corel installed, but just to check i told the guy on call ( Javed:+[protected]to drop me an email . and the email that i got was having the domain corelindia.co.in, but the original website is corel.com. on enquring via whois.com i got to know that the domain is registered with the name of Aditya Promoters Pvt. Ltd. and the registrant name is Mohd Zargar. I called them back and the guy hang up the call as soon as i started asking him questions. Every time when you get calls from people saying that they are providing third party support n all, just don't listen to them. Instead of that use lincensed copies and purchase licenses directly from the company to which the product belongs.Refer to the screen shot

I received similar calls and emails from Corel India. Anita Koli says that I'm using CorelDRAW illegally on 6 instances. But I'm not using any CorelDRAW. Here's the email that I received. This is the way to extort money from people by COREL, I guess.

Corel is copyright owner of various products including but not limited to CorelDRAW Graphic Suite, Painter, Particle Shop, CorelDRAW Technical Suite, Paint Shop Pro, Video Studio, PDF Fusion, WordPerfect Office, WinZip etc.

This mail is with regards to the installations / instances of propriety software of Corel Corporation installed / used in your organization. We seek your kind co-operation to help us with the license details of CorelDRAW Graphic Suite software you have procured in the past along with serial keys & invoice details. Technically each installation/instance must be backed with lawfully acquired right to use for each product/s as per Corel’s licensing policy.

Your revert will also help us to validate your Genuine Licenses procured and address the gap in terms of licenses. As you may experience Genuine License do boost over productivity also provides access to technical support team to solve your queries. It mitigates risk on your business, which is responsible towards your customers. The use and installation of legal software tends to be easier and less risky regarding the IT security & you act in accordance with law.

We therefore request your support to get licenses regularized.
