[Resolved] Advaith Motors — Very Bad customer service

Hi,
I had placed an order for wheel guard of my Verna fluidic car and a hood insulator in the month of June. I have still not received it till 2nd August. I had placed the order and paid an advance of Rs[protected] to MR Kiran of Sarjapur Road service centre. I have called him several times and everytime he says that the product is stuck in transit from Chennai. Of late Mr Kiran has even stopped picking up my calls and not responding. I didn't expect such bad service from Advaith Hyundai. We are paying customers and even after taking payment for parts if you are not delivering then there is no point in servicing or buying vehicles from your company.
