Received the car on September 6th 2022 and I still have not received my RC. There is no response from th showroom manager nor the Sales person Arun Tiwari from Advaith Hyundai Residency Road. My fast tag had been deactivated due to this and this was never informed by the sales rep. After sales service is pathetic. Nobody gives proper response and I have not seen such horrible customer service from the showroom.

    Observation/Notes: Vehicle was repetitively warning on diesel filter regeneration process being required. Based on the warning message asking owner to refer to the owner’s manual to fix the issue, Owner tried all steps in manual diligently without success. Upon taking the vehicle to the service center, Uday (service assistant) and other technicians involved in diagnosing the cause of the warning confirmed that they cannot fix it and the only way to fix it, is to drive the vehicle continuously above 2500RPM or to drive for continuous 25 minutes above 6oKM/H. Though the issue was fixed on that day. The warning on DPF kept repeating every alternative day (upon driving in city limits for about 10-15 kms). Owner has spent RS 400-500 every 2-3 days since February. First service of the vehicle was completed as per the terms and still issue was persistent. On June 21st June the warning again indicated on DPF warning but this time the vehicle had reduced performance in terms of RPM not going above 2500RPM. On 22nd of June while driving the vehicle completely lost motoring capability and stalled. The owner then called the RSA team to check options on towing the vehicle to nearest service center. Owner, meanwhile also visited the Advaith Hyundai service center to check availability of a technician to come inspect the vehicle. Owner travelled for these steps with a help of another private taxi services. Owner went picked the technician and could make the vehicle mobile again. In the event RSA arranged to tow the vehicle to the service center. Upon inspecting the vehicle at the service center it was confirmed that the filter component had to be removed and cleaned to remove soot settlement. Owner was concerned at this point of time as the soot is expected to be automatically removed by the component while the vehicle is above 60km/h or above 2500 rpm both steps performed for about 25 mins. A week before the breakdown the owner had travelled to kerala.Hence, the soot was supposed to be removed. The process to remove and clean the component took almost a week. On 26th or 27th Advaith Hyundai informed the owner that the fuel injector is not functioning well and needs to be replaced. Owner at this point is frustrated knowing that a brand new vehicke which is driven only 5760kms has an issue with the fuel injector (alarming concern as all this is co-related to overall performance and maintenance of the vehicle). Customer agree to check the exact issue and let him know. However, given the opportunity the same was replaced under warranty. On 28th of June advaith Hyundai informed owner that there is an abnormal noise coming from the engine and requires further inspection.
    Owner is now completely disappointed and do not want any further fixes to be performed on the vehicle considering now the engine has some issue. Service center then informed that a manufacturer technician is being brought down to bangalore to identify issue with engine. Upon inspecting on 5th of July, they concluded that issue is not identifiable. Advaith Hyundai provided a solution that the engine can be replaced. Owner refuses the resolution was the first time and is requesting for a vehicle replacement. Technician confirmed that this is the first time such issue has occurred. Customer is even more concerned as this suggested fix could lead to more vehicle failures and will have to go through the agony again. Owner was first given an old Hyundai Accent car post two days from leaving car at the service station for mobility which the owner found difficult to drive and later a Creta is provided

    A month after delivering the car back to me. Door latch stopped working. Again after a month the coolant box ws found leaking and some noise from shock absorber exist and the service team is unable to identify the issue.

      I have given my vehicle to hyundai service center in kurnool Andhra pradesh on 09 sep 2022, but till now i havent got my vehicle, Mr. Shankar is handling my vehicle from day one. He is putting his efforts but no results, am not blaming on him, Seriously am worrying about my vehicle why bcoz i never expected that my vehicle is undergone major repairs, this is just 3 years old vehicle and had major issue in the vehicle, even our service center also not able to find the problem where the problem is. It is almost 40 days over. Mr. Shankar told me that there is an issue in ECM. For every problem there is a solution, in this case, problem is partially identified but parts are not available, now am thinking why i had purchased the vehicle in Hyundai, i had good opinion on brand, after seeing this, now my opinion has changed. I need to talk to higher officials who can resolve my issue

        I want to register complaint against the Hyundai Service Center, ITPL Branch, Bangalore (#5A, Vishweshwarayya Industrial Area, Mahadevapura Post, Bangalore - 560048). My car KA53 ME 2967 met with accident on Apr 2022. I given it to this service center.

        1. They said they will return it in a month, but till now I didn't got my car back (5 months).
        2. The second issue is, since my car damaged badly, I have asked for total loss to get my IDV value (Rs.5, 25, 000). But service center told that the estimated cost is less than 75% of the IDV (rs. 300000) so it will not be considered as total loss. My policy is bumper to bumper. They have proceed with repair. Last week they said, the work is completed, but I need to pay Rs. 30000 for the tyres. Additionally the total repair cost was more than 75% (i.e., 430000) so the insurance company will pay only 75% of the IDV and I have to bare the extra cost (around Rs.30000). Totally I need to pay Rs. 60000 to get my car. If the service person estimated it correctly, I would have got my IDV value from the insurance company considering as total loss. Now, who will pay this extra cost for the error made by the service center?
        Additionally, they took 5 months to repair my car saying they couldnt get the part which is very surprising. Five months I have to arrange my transportation since I dont have the car. I am big fan of Hyundai cars, but service centers like this will really make me to think of moving to different brand. It is very frustrating that I even don't know to whom I can raise complaint on this, hence I am updating here. I have reached the general manager of ITPL service center, but no luck. He said me to pay the balance and take the car. Please respond to my email on how I can proceed further.

          I have booked a i10 sporz nios AMT fiery red car from Advaith Hyundai sarjapur on 23rd June 2022 . while booking Advaith assure that I will get delivery within August mid but now its more than 70 days but still, Advaith has not given any final confirmation date for delivery. Also till we call advaith no one will contact me from there for any update. This is very unprofessional

              Hi,
              I had placed an order for wheel guard of my Verna fluidic car and a hood insulator in the month of June. I have still not received it till 2nd August. I had placed the order and paid an advance of Rs[protected] to MR Kiran of Sarjapur Road service centre. I have called him several times and everytime he says that the product is stuck in transit from Chennai. Of late Mr Kiran has even stopped picking up my calls and not responding. I didn't expect such bad service from Advaith Hyundai. We are paying customers and even after taking payment for parts if you are not delivering then there is no point in servicing or buying vehicles from your company.

                Dear Hyundai Team,
                I was a satisfied a user of Hyundai till 15th July 2022 owning a KA02MM1433 since 2017.Never experienced such worst negligent and poor service from Hyundai.Being a satisfied customer who always use HASC for minute to minute Job bcz of the trust on Advaith Hyundai.But such a horrible experience i am facing since yesterday from Advaith Hyundai JP Team.They have damaged my car and the damage continues.
                Never faced such a pathetic and negligent service. on 16th Morning gave my car for general check up and washing(Cupon received while renewing Hyundai asured insurance.
                Once i saw my car after the service i found one big dent in my right rear door, Service advisor didnt agreed that but at last Advith Hyundai GM Mr.Basavaraj intervened and told me that they will repair that dent, however they are unable to produce me the CCTV footage, i was insisting for the footage as i dont want any free service from u guys.I believe in quality service of Hyundai service centre and visit on HASC for any of my car repair even which can be done local garage also.I was given a Santro to use by Mr Basavaraj was kindly enough and looking at my family condition as i have a 6month old kid and elderly parent who is also also a patient, and retured the vehicle Sunday 17th July as i was not in a mood to get any favour from Advaith JP Nagar.
                I got several update on the painting and denting job and got a call in the evening to collect the vehicle.I was busy with my job and informed them i will collect sunday morning.I went to collect my car on Sunday to my surprise paint quality was worst then a local 3rd grade garage, i have used repaint job several time from authorised service centre but never had such poor painting job done by any of them.
                T one more dent i observed in my front left door which was not there when i left my car yesterday. Service advisor is having the pics and u people can check.
                My car is in Advaith Jp nagar service centre from last 2 days without any of my fault.They painted my car due to their negligence and paint is so poor in a single day they have done the entire process, paint was rough, no proper masking, patchy worst than local garage.Even i have a stricker below door handle that they have not removed and painted that also.
                Advaith Hyundai JP Nagar Service was not like that previously i have availed their service and was very happy but under MR SUJAY my car was completely damaged bcz of the unprofessional hyundai Jp nagar team.
                Very bad experience with the service advisor.He is not at all committed and responsible to handle ur loved car.
                Hyundai being a repured customercentric automobile service provider need Hyundai Intervention to address this on priority basis so that customer like us should not suffer without their mistake.
                Looking forward to address my complaint on priority basis from Hyundai team so that customer like me should not be troubled by few unprofessional staffs of Advaith JP Nagar.

                  I gave my new car (1st service) to advaith Hyundai service centre, uttarahalli. Since I bought the car in Advaith Hyundai showroom. I was directed to go to the same centre
                  My car was literally fine till I gave it to the service (which I regret doing) . 1 day later i turn on the AC of the car and it starts fluctuating and started to turn on and turn off automatically and instead of cold air it started leave warm air
                  So i called the service centre and blamed me telling "rat has bitten your car "
                  Like seriously? It was all fine till I gave it for the service and next to my car other cars and also parked then why rat hasn't bittern the other ones?
                  It was rude and irresponsible for blaming me for their mistakes. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

                    I have recently done my car general check-up on 4th May in this showroom because on 5th May 2022 I had to travel from Bangalore to Tirupati and my car broke down on the highway 200km from Bangalore while I was returning from Tirupati to Bangalore. The car was not moving forward at all, there was no mechanical issue.

                    I called Manohar from the service center to seek help why it's broken and not running suddenly after checking everything in the service center just a day ago. He looked like an intern instead of a service advisor/manager while helping me because he was asking me to open the engine and see if any wires are broken etc. and ultimately the whole battery drained out in his checkup due to parking indicators turned on for an hour. He ultimately wasted my one hour from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm which I regret later and finally 7.30 pm while standing on the highway I called RSA.

                    Since I was out of city limits, RSA took 4 hours to come to drop the car at the Chittoor service center which was the nearest. In the meantime, Siddaramaiah sir sent Harish from all the way to Kolar to Chittoor to fix my car from 12.30am-midnight. He came with one technician and fixed my car temporarily by resetting ECM memory because that got malfunctioned. And on asking why it happened, they said service center people forgot to clear this memory and finally I was able to come back to Bangalore with my small kid next day morning 4.30 am.

                    The next day Adaveesh(service manager) and Manohar thoroughly checked my car and replaced the AC filter as well and returned the car to me.I was happy that at least the car is fine now. My happiness just lasted for a day when the car started creating some noise which was intermittent. Then I had to struggle to record that noise to prove to Adaveesh and Manohar that there is some noise started to come.

                    They again picked up the car for a check-up and kept the car with them for 3 days and then changed the drive belt as per their recommendation and finally gave the car again.

                    Unfortunately, the noise in the car had increased instead of decreasing. When they recorded the noise again and asked them why it was coming. They said it's an AC compressor that is weak now and may need to be replaced (the expected cost is 16k as per Manohar).

                    My car is just 4.5 years old and there was no issue at all till 4th May 2022. Once I gave the car to the NEW ITPL service center, all issues started coming. As of today, I have replaced the AC filter, and drive belt and now they are in the mind of replacing/repairing the AC compressor too.

                    I am still regretting, why I gave the car to this service center for a general checkup and now they are expecting me to replace the compressor. God knows if the issue/noise is really from the compressor.I am still struggling to get everything back to normal, how it was till 4th May before Manohar and Adaveesh touched my car.I wish I could have gone to some local repair shop to do the general checkup and service instead of this service center.

                      Cancellation of booking

                      I had booked i10 Hyundai from Advaith belwadi branch Mysore by paying a booking of Rs 10000 on 11th march 2022 and was assured of delivery within 15 days. But even after 5 weeks when I didn’t get vehicle delivered I cancelled the booking on telephonic conversation with [protected] on 27-28th April. Now it has been almost 3 weeks but the dealership is not returning my booking amount nor am I getting any response regarding it. Please help...

                        Its been 3 months my RC card has not been received and now they are telling it is missing,
                        I meet with a small accident to get it to repair I went to same show room while fixing the door they used some chemical to clean because of that the black material on the door already faded and Crome started rusting within a month they made my car older than a used car. I only asked to replace my chrome which is rusted and the black part on the door which is faded its been 3 months still not been replaced worst service.

                          We gave our Santro car KA 51 Z1489 to service in Advaith Hyundai showroom, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Our car was fine except rear lights didn't glow when brakes were applied. As we had planned outstation trip we planned to do normal service. When they returned car in the evening and asked to check...car did not start and they took back again. On 20th Nov we started from Bannerghatta Road and as we reached Richmond town the passersby alerted us to leakage and fumes. We immediately stopped the car. Our concern is that had this happened outside city and car caught fire. We were charged Rs 8300 and we want to know if fraudulent parts or incorrect maintenance done to car. This has delayed our journey as we wanted to leave early to escape rain.

                            I receive calls from your service station once in 4;days asking me to leave my car service. Even when I say not necessary, they continue the talk teaching us false matters. It is intolerable. Mostly I am disturbed while I am in pooja or sleeping. We know fully well, how to maintain our car. Please totally Stop these calls. Last call received from[protected], 30 mts back

                              Santro car handbrake issue not atttended till date and they say the spare component not available.                                   Firstly, I wanted to purchase a Santro Sports AMT car for my wife who had fractured her wrist and wanted to exchange her manual shift car for an automatic.
                                  We contacted your Vasanthnagar sales staff and the events folded as follows :

                                  1. We were offered a test drive at your Residency Road sales depot. To our amazement we were not allowed to take the test vehicle out of the yard and had to be satisfied with driving in the pothole ridden yard for 10 minutes at a mind boggling speed of 10 kmph !.This happened last sunday 25th July.

                                  2. Despite this we opted to buy the car unseen, and were told that there was an offer for the month, expiring on 30th and we should pay the purchase amount immediately. We complied.

                                  3. To cut the long story short, we were promised the delivery today, having completed all formalities. In fact, until yesterday evening we were informed that the car would be ready by 1030 am today.

                                  4. Accordingly, we had made all arrangements for performing puja and other rituals before 12 noon, being an auspicious day and time.

                                  5. Half an hour ago we received a phone call from your sales staff that the registration formalities were not completed and the car would be available tomorrow or day after.

                                  6. I find this lackadaisical attitude totally unacceptable, and must protest at the manner the whole affair from test driving to absence of vehicle delivery lacks any professionalism and highlights the laid back attitude of Indian companies.

                                  I regret the incident that has left a bad taste of my association with Advaith, which dates back 20 years. I bought two Accent cars from your showroom in the[protected] era.

                                  I am not sharing the name of your sales agent as this may have adverse repercussions on the person. The purpose of this mail is to highlight deficiencies in your services which need looking into.

                                    I brought car from Adhvaith Hyundai Avalahalli branch. My friends told me that they give false promises at the time of purchase and they won't be professional, now I am experiencing the same my bad luck was buying car from Adhvaith Hyundai Avalahalli branch.

                                    Please don't trust them.

                                    I was told that they will give car cover and it's 18th month now stil they did not give me car cover, everytime they say no stock available then why do they have stores in the showroom.

                                      Hi I have booked nios i10 April 16 2021, and because of the Lockdown, i was unable to get my car delivered to me ..

                                      But in the website it shows, nios i10 has been delivered to me and i am getting the service calls as well

                                      Is this is right behaviour, as i have lost 2 months with them after booking..
