This fraud company has cheated me of almost 7 lakhs rupees and now nobody answers the calls everything seems to be shut down. Its all fake job offers fake promises. I have contacted them about refund but nobody responds

I have complain about this company cheat me asking for h1b visa in america they brought my rupees in lakhs and they run away non of the this company number working and even though all facility in india close i have been contact to mohali, ahmedabad, hydrabad now they also stop website so they have close all the way to contact them.

I have withdrawl of my application now as per agreement theyhave to refund my money but they are not contactable.

Many number and person name i know some of them i am describing.

Company director is bunty sinh jolly i am able to search in linked in.

This is paramjeet sonker, i paid 3.68 lac to veritas for a job in us on h1b visa. But i did not get anything. Now they people have been disappeared, there were bhupender singh, kanwaljeet kaur were two main person. Who frauded the money. And one person is simarjeev singh jolly in u. S. Paid 4lakh in sep 2013 as attracted saying offered with job and h1 b for usa, the company named by them was veritas healtcare solutions. Many reviews are existing till date in google, still the case remains same. I request the refund of my amount. I already mentioned it was paid to veritas career solution up on oweing loan from a bank. I see no phone of them is workig now many executive simran. Harwinder, kamar (Markedting director) have spoke to me but not resolved till date.

I am navaneetha krishnan, as i have registered in the veritas career solution on august 2014 by paying an amount of 3.68 lakhs (Inr). It was under agreement of getting a job at usa within the period of 24 months from the above amount paid. Till now i didnt get any job as well money refund. Their website and phone numbers are blocked. How to handle this issue. I am having proof of their agreement, receipts of amount paid.

This company is really fraud company. What it will do, first it makes you sign the agreement and starts installment procedure and then after receiving almost all money, it will not respond you at all and hide. I am living in gandhinagar. They took 5, 30, 000 rupees for h 1 b visa application and after taking this much amount they are not reply at all about my h 1 b application status and instead of that they are asking for further installment amount. You guys tell american government can take almost 8 months for h 1 procedure? No they cant take this much time so this means they have not filled my application and took this much money.

I received an email that synmeta is looking for a specific role based in usa.. So i sent my cv. Was told to pay 10000 to their account to process further which i did.

Interview was scheduled and 2 rounds were conducted... The condition was if i am not selected then the amount paid would be refunded..
I didnt receive any calls from them after that.. Then was asked to pay 25000 to process further as someone from my family did try to visit the office in usa and they said that i dont trust the company..

Even the testimonials given by clients are fake as i did point them out

Even the website is fake which i have already highlighted to them via email.. I tried calling them many times but no one answers the call.

They sent a refund form but i havent received any refund yet..

I paid more than 8 lack, my case processed and denied on March 23rd 2017. When I call them they said they have appealed my case and it was on may month I contacted them last on may 5th 2017, from the date they are not picking my call and not responding to my email, and now a days there phone is switched off. After 2 month I rcv an email from sameer who is handling veritas from us. He is stating my case was appealed and still they are waiting for the update.

I had received a mail from synmeta mail id that my profile has been shortlisted for roles in us. They asked me to contact their business partner veritas. Veritas told me to pay $160 or inr10880 as part of background check fees. I transferred the sum of rs 10880 to their axis bank, mohali phase 7 branch. Their a/c no is [protected]. After transferring the amount, they have stopped picking their calls. Their landline does not exist. Which is when i panicked. I see others too have been duped by this same company. Request you to please please recover my money

I am not getting any positive response from the team since I have paid the amount. . They keep on ignoring the phone calls and emails and as per the agreement, I should be refunded the amount if there is no proceeding. .
The office remain closed. . . .
The documents I received looks fake and upon inquiring, they always get away with false arguments. .

It is a fraud consultancy. I paid huge amount for the job in USA. I have seen this from Noukri and i applied, latter on they called by saying they will help in that for that they charge $12000 in installments. In which i paid $11000. I just received a call from US for the interview and i got selected they even send me the Offer Letter (from Synmeta company) It is also tie upped with Veritas.
My humble request to all please don't believe such consultancies.
Now they are not picking my phone also and not responding my mails.

I got a call from VERITAS on 2nd Dec 2014 saying they have various job opportunities for me in USA e.g. CRA, Medical Writer, Research Associate etc. The lady (called herself meenu) was well versed in English and highly convincing. I listened to everything and agreed to apply. After I received detailed information (all of which seem to be pretty genuine, but it is not!!!) in form of an e mail, I googled about the company and there were numerous complaints already registered. I felt like kicking their a$$ for wasting 15 minutes of my life on the call. I am requesting to make their name spread out amongst all the regions so that our fellow brothers and sisters do not fall in to their traps and end up wasting not only time but also money. Install a call recorder app on your smartphone and make the call asking all details. Record the conversation and keep it as a proof. It can be used then to lodge a police complaint against such criminals sitting in Mohali, Punjab. God bless you all.

I have done so much searches after i got started calls from this fake organisation.
The main points which made me to think
1) they wants money like 12000$ usd for a job and h1b visa, so first of all my frnds remember us govt have rules that no one can ask money for offering a job!!!
2) the job is finalised only on telephonic interview of just 10 minutes and even freshers. Remember:...

The Veritas Career Solutions Pvt Ltd. i did contacted them telephonically they gave me info about the placement in clinical research job in USA, new york . They asked me to pay 200$ for appearing in the interview. I just want to know this consultancy is genuine???????????

Respected sir my name is nikhil patel. I am a resident of Borsad town near Anand Gujarat. I got mail from monster.com regarding career placement company named The Veritas Career Solutions Pvt Ltd. i did contacted them telephonically they gave me info about the placement and all in USA by H1b filing along with applicable professional consulting fees 11000$ USD. I have under gone with paying 200$ first installment for appearing in the interview. then upon selection i paid 5800$ USD as second installment. i have made a condition written with them that at any stage if i got approval of my family immigration petition approval i will get 50% amount refunded within 60 business days. The company is making phone calls looking at resumes from other jobs websites and contacting to offer visa and job service in us. They promise a phone call from various life science employer from us after paying them us$ 200 into the belwo bank account (Veritas career solutions pvt ltd, acc no: [protected], utib0000085). They send details of a employer named "www.theveritashealthcare.com" which is claimed to have office in new york. The veritas career is asking a service fee o[censored]s $[protected]. The veritas healtcare company doesn't exist in us. The company is just making con phone calls and trying to steal the identities and the document.
