Advanced A2Z solution based at Cuttack near High court is 100% fake, fraud company. They are sitting there to loot many students' lives. They took money near 5000/- to provide jobs. They extended dates by dates. Finally i asked for money, they aren't returning my money. I don't know why Police don't take actions against them. Is the administration unaware about that ? Please stop them to save lives of innocent students as i am suffering. Sometimes i think to suicide because of family pressure, as i asked them money.
Please take actions against them .

My name is Malaya Ranjan Sahoo I have applied for jobs in several sites like naukri.com, shine.com, etc. Meanwhile i got a call from a2z advanced solutions from a girl named [censored]al she told that she was from a2z advanced solutions and they are offering jobs.
The next day she called me again and asked me to deposit rs.1000/- for registration. They also asked for all the certificates and testimonials. Then after 2 days, they informed me that, good official post has been finalised in L&T company, for which, i have to come to their office with all the certificates, photos and 50% of the first month's salary for deposit but i was in indore so she told me that they also accepts online payments. The salary, they informed me as rs.22000/- pm. rather, told me to come to cuttack and talk with the boss regarding the matter. I have paid them the registration amount of rs 1000 and an amount of rs 11000 for job but after waiting 4 months i didn't get any job so, i requested them to return my money they told that they will return the money but till now they have not returned my money. They told that they will return, but till now i have not got my money so i am forced to complaint against them.
They will behave in a nice manner till they are demanding money once they got their money after that there behaviour changes as hell. After getting the amount of rs 13000 they have again asked me money for job but i have not paid them that amount. So i preferred to lodge a complaint, so that other people can be saved from the clutches of the dubious job providers. Moreover, i think, they have collected a hefty amount of money in the shape of registration. I request you to interfere in the matter and take suitable action.

forward to a job in the month of June, that time I got a call through Priyanka Sahu from A2Z Solution
on dated 10 Jun 2021. Said that our company helping candidates by giving 100% job assurance & we
have tied up with almost 100 Companies like- L&T, TECH-MAHINDRA etc. As you belonging from civil
engg. right now, we have some vacancies in L&T, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar. Told that if you do the
registration by today your job is going to be guaranteed for sure in L&T. It would take 7days for
process to issue the offer letter by the company. And after placement they will take 2months of
salary from me & at the time of joining have to pay 25% of my salary. She also asked for certificates
and testimonials. I did the registration that day by giving amount of RS 1000/-. After 7days I got a call
from Muskaan mam around 11 O’clock & informed that your offer letter has issued by the company
yesterday & your position will be Graduate Engineer Trainee & the salary is 24700/-. For which I have
to come their office or else I have to deposit 12500/- by online for joining. After payment the will
sent the offer letter by Mail. However, I have paid 12500/- by online.

But after payment they did not send the letter and also did not inform anything. I would like to
acknowledge that I am very dissatisfied with their nuisance and quarrel activities. So, I want my
money in refund of amount 13500/-.

I request you to interfere in this matter & take strong action.

A2ZCCNRO1841 FROM 7th march 2021 also i have deposited 50% payment of my job basic sallery and at that time she was told me u will get joining latter between 7to 15 days.but till now i does not get job or joining latter. And when i calling him more time they does not response my call & when they rcv my cl telling me only date &date didn't get a perticular date please solve my problem othewise i will take action against this comapny name

Sir, iam prasanta pradhan, from keonjhar, this a2zsolution cuttack hr office call me regarding for job on march 2021 and said please paid Rs 1000 with our company account for your apply /registration charges.and after 4/5days again miss sibangi called me and said sir your job is confirm in keonjhar hdfc bank as post operational excutive and your monthly salary is Rs 31800 now you will be paid to us 50% of your 2months salary .next when we give your joining letter or when you join in your job branch next 50&money you also pay by 5 installment .so i agree with their proposal and pay him total one by one Rs 20500 completly.but they also said joining letter will be send after 15 days. But till passed 4 months already but they dont gave me letter or my money .alaways they saying me wait and have patience, be positive etc .so i request to you kindly take suitable action and help me to refund my money i, will ever grateful to you. They take my money from mee for providing job but they did not give me any job and also my money do not returning to me

A2Z solution is 100% fraud consultancy company they takes my huge amount. When I visit their office they again ask for money by showing me duplicate L&T Xerox paper tell me this is joining letter you give 25% due i.e. 12600₹ so that they should processed. District police should take action against this fraud consultancy named as advanced a2z solutions, badambadi, cuttack.
Their members are uneducated person and speaks rudely.

I'm Dhabaleswar Behera. one day I got a call from a2z solutions, they offered some job description for my qualification. They called at Office for documents check and asking registration fee sum of 1000, I'm paid and also got registration slip.there after they said me we'll inform you after 15 days with your suitable job. After 1 month they call me and informed me you have confirmed for supervisor job at infa . And also they demand job confirmation fees in advance .I'm fooled and paid that amount. These processes will continued and I'm paid to 22700 rupees. But they do not provide any job, and they cheats with me till now. if my complain can't be resolved then I went to police and court for justice.

On 01/07/2020 received a telephone call from Miss Sandhya Mam regarding a job confirmation for “L & T Ltd.” Then she said a minimum amount is deposited in his office bank account of Rs. 6, 200.00 for issue of joining letter from company within the 7 days. The same amount I have transferred in next day.
On 30/07/2020 I have received a call from unknown mobile no.+[protected] from same office. She was said me your job was confirm & your joining letter will be despatch today, our senior sir now stay in employer office for letter despatch, you have requested to deposit the Rs. 10, 000.00 immediately. Then I called Sandhya Mam regarding the same & told him that I am not able to deposit the said amount immediately. Now she assures me you have deposited the minimum 50% of the amount (Rs. 5, 000.00) then you have received the joining letter by e-mail after one day. Resulting I have again transfer Rs. 5, 000.00 to same bank a/c. After several followup they have give some false commitment different to different date that job will be confirm after few days
Finally I have claim for refund of my deposit amount on 21/08/2020. Now from these days I have sent several requests mail but no response from their site.
All the communication with them via e-mail as evidence kept with me. If its required I can submit.
Please take strong necessary action against them resulting other candidates not face the same problem.

Provide Fake job.. Then charges 1000/- I paid 1000/- also.. But then sradha & Shreya both charges me 16000/-..Then I refused.. Then she both o[censored]sed slang Language. It's a very fake association. Kindly refund my 1000/-

The company called me to their office on 20/10/2020 and asked me to deposit rs.1000/- for registration. They also asked for all the certificates and testimonials. Then after 2 days, they informed me that, a manager's job has been finalised in hdfc bank, for which, i have to come to their office with all the certificates, photos and 25% of the first month's salary for deposit. The salary, they informed me as rs.20700/- pm. However i insisted them to provide me the appointment letter or advise me the office of hdfc bank, from where i will be confirmed about the appointment. They did not inform anything, rather, told me to come to cuttack and talk with the boss regarding the matter. However it created some suspicion in my mind and i did not go to cuttack. Instead, i preferred to lodge a complaint, so that other people can be saved from the clutches of the dubious job providers. Moreover, i think, they have collected a hefty amount of money in the shape of registration. I request you to interfere in the matter and take suitable action.

The company frequently call me that, our company provides job . I[censored] r registered on our company, the company give a job . A small amount will be paid to you like 600 for registration fees, then our company get you job . When I was paid the fees .after two day the company asked for all the certificate and testimonials then after two days, they informed me that a Engineer job has been finalized for you, when I am tell to come up for interview . After that u join iffco, paradeep .for which they are told that u come to cuttack to our office. I am go to office they told me that your salary is 28000/ pm, but u paid 25 percentage of the salary . Then I they are providing to me joining letter .I am believing on there talking, I am total7000 rs on date of 03/07/20 & after two I am call you, they told that u I will release the letter after that I am asked the mam, I am paid all money, but ur not release my letter after 1 -2 they are call me ur letters wiil release today you 3000 / rupees for medical . After that they are not give any kind of job .they are give date and date like 1st week of November, 15 Nov, last week of Nov, 1st week of dec, 15 December, and last week of December ...as so on...but I am call to mam, mam returns my 7000/ money but they are not return my money .& Give to me date and date, so please kind to solve my matter .

They are fraud and take money and did giving only date.

My name is anil kumar pradhan. The company called me to the office through their madam sandhya... On 13/1/2020 and asked me to deposit rs.1000/- for registration... They also told me that u can also register online by online transfer. I paid the amount of 1000 on 15/01/2020.. I send all the certificates and testimonials through mail... After 2days they informed me that u have selected as a employe in hdfc bank... And ur salary will be 16000.. They said that u have to pay 2month salary to us... 1/2 month salary of 8000 u have to pay now and then u will attend interview and u will be get appointment letter... I went to their office and paid 8000 by online transfer.. The proof is in the image section... Then didn't give me any job... Now i requested her hr to refund my money... Bt they are not refunding... I also told him that plzzz refund my money of 8000 bt they didn't receive my call thereafter... I have need money due to medical cause, so kindly refund my money emergency...

Advanced a2z solution is a fraud organization. They always try to play with students careers in the name of giving job. A lady name sampurna called me & it is vacancy for graduate engineer trainee. She said me first to do registration at a fee of 1000. Then they called me to their office and tell me to pay half month of salary. Get salary is 28500. So i gave them 1500 rupees cash. Then they said after 9 to 10 days you will get your joining letter in mail. After 10 days i called them and they are again saying you have to wait 10 days more. After 2 month they called me and say your joining letter is already came to us. You have to deposit 5000 rupees, then we will send you r joining letter to mail. But no mail comes till now. They again called me after 15 days and said you have to pay full salary means the rest amount. Once your payment is done we send your letter. Till now i have not received any mail. When i ask them to refund my money, they always makes new excuses and cannot refund my money. So immediately return my 20000 back. Dont go there students. They are spooled your careers and time.

The company employee called me for giving me Job in A private Bank In my Home location. So i agree with the company. The Company ask me to deposited Rs.1000 as registration fee . After 4/5 days the company employee again call me and asked me to send my qualification and ID documents for further processing. On of the employee of A 2 Z solution told me that my job is conformed and for collect Office Order Rs.12500 is required . so i provide the same amount to the fake consultancy in Cash mode and collect Money Receipt . But after 14/15 days they deny that my office order is not ready. so i told the consultancy to refund my money in my bank account.

The advance a2z solution consultancy called me to register and we will provide job. After that i register ed rupees 1000 and 19700 rupees for job purpose. But till now they donot provide any job and not refound my money. I want to refound my money. Please help me
