Advanced Micronic Devices Ltd — Regarding My Final settlement of employment

Dear Sir, My name is Bhoopendra Singh Dhama. I was employee of Advanced Micronic Devices Ltd. When i left this job i served notice period but They cutoff 21000 rs from my final settlement. When i asked about this money they told me 21000 rs deducted for TDS amount. but my salary not comes under TDS amount. My salary package was 2 lac 52 thousand yearly and i got 18900 per month and 2100 deduct monthly for income tax . but they not give me form 16 and any slip of this money. i have attached all document with this mail.
