Advay — My advay Heating pad is not working properly

Address: J-92 GROUND FLOOR SOUTH EXTENSION PART 1,

My heating pad takes lot of time to get hot & also doesn't get hot properly. Every time i have to shake the heating pad again & again so that it properly gets hot
