Hi,

They get numbers of job seekers through job hunt sites like shine.com and call them for interview.
Before the interview they ask people to submit 4000 rs and take some fake interview where they ask some stupid questions and
Tells them you are selected and will get the offer in 4 days.
They won't even refund money as they say you cleared the interview and we can't refund the amount now.
They asked me for another 6000 as training cost and asked me to sign the agreement as job agreement.
From past two months, i am calling them and visited the office multiple times but no job offer etc.
When i check the agreement to take necessary action i found one clause which says we don't offer any jobs and after 2 months 70% of the amount will be deducted
And rest will be refunded. I did not get the rest of the amount yet as well but in simple words they earned 7000 rs without doing anything.
I know it's my mistake to sign the agreement without reading all of the clause properly but this type of fraud companies should be caught so they stop cheating other people.
