We have visited A2B Selaiyur branch 2 days before, One of the staff told that we can eat the sweets after expiry date for which we informed our bad experience on quality of the last purchase made, it was escalated to Ms. Meena manager of the branch since beginning she started treating us very badly that 1000 customers are walk-in their store and no one complained and she forced us to walk out of the store. This incident was immediately brought to the notice of their customer service manager Mr. Siddique he assured that he will enquire on the same and return back to us but until now no one came back to us. Treating customers badly and we are not allowed to share feedback’s as well.

I had been ro A2B at attibele hour road on 9nov 2021 at 15.20 I have been with my colleagues 5of them I asked for meals at the self service counter the guy at the counter told sorry sir meals is almost over I asked what is the lunch timings he said 12.30 to 15.30 he said sorry sir my colleagues were sitting in service hall waiter told meals is available we ordered 5meals after 7to 8mins waiter told us sorry sir we don't have meals we asked for any other food items like disaster idly vada Chinese food North Indian food waiter told us to wait for half'n hour at finally we ordered curd rice and guess what happened we asked water bottle waiter said sorry there's no stock we we're shocked what the heck this I was guilty front of colleagues I'really had bad experience at A2B I will never suggest anyone to such a bad restaurant as A2B.
