Catering services was worst
I gave order A2B chandapur for my house warming function with expectation I can sit back n look into other work. I was wrong in that, till the end of 19th was not knowing that A2B is the worst in catering they do show off in resturant but they shown local mind set in catering.
1. Quality of food was worst.
2. We added butter milk in menu, but the server not served butter milk to all. Quantity: they served in tea cup.
3. Intensionally I had lunch when they are about to close. Chapati n poori was not available. They had shortage
4. Chapati quality was worst.
5. Catering servers will have food before closing. Over culture is not to object the person for having food.
6. Servers rather than servings what was in menu they were saying guest this not in menu.
7. The pan was worst 😭. Whoever had pan they burn their mouth.
Still lot more
I suggest not to choose A2B for bulk order or catering they don't have serve quality food.
When i complained about food manager said I don't know what is prepared for you. I just served what I got.

Ac not working

This complaint is about A2B chidambaram outlet.We went for lunch today at 12:30pm and we felt ac was switched off.We asked the server to switch it on.He didn't do.Then we asked the person at cash counter.He was so arrogant and he didn't heed to it and said he will ask manager from first floor to visit us.We we're there for one hour but that manager never came down.Finally a supervisor came and casually said ac is not working for 3 days.She said sorry and said she can't guarantee that ac will work next time.She argues once she said sorry the problem is solved. WE WERE MADE TO WAIT FOR ONE HOUR TO HEAR THIS.HAD THEY TOLD US IN THE 5TH MIN AC WAS NOT WORKING WE WOULD HAVE GONE TO SOME OTHER RESTAURANT.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.THEY CHARGE FOODS INCLUSIVE OF AC SERVICES BUT WE WERE IN THE RESTAURANT WITHOUT A MIN OF AC WITH A KID IN HAND.

Poor service and Irresponsible

A2B branch, Opposite to Cmbt bus stand.
Server took order and served the food. After that he didn't come to ask anything. We have waited to tell coffee for nearly 15minutes. After that we went near biller and informed one person. Then also no one consider. After that again I called one server and informed to bring coffee, then only he went.
After that also it took 10 mins. Then we went to biller and asked to cancel coffee and provide us the bill. He is asking what we have ate. Because the one who took order was not there. Not sure where he went. They asked to pay amount to one servers gpay number.
I asked to cancel coffee but i think they charged 15 rupees.
Ate one dosa 80rs but they charged 90 rs. Biriyani 180 rs but they charged 185.
Not sure whether they compensate that coffee charge. Very worst experience today.

Food is good.
But we had the worst service, we ordered meals in two batches in the second batch of meals one of the items was missing out. And the quality of the sambar is diluted with salt water.
We had to stand there for 10 minutes for just to get the bill after having our lunch.
I would say A2B staff were disorganised.
@A2B management please look into this

I went n sat fr 10mins not even a single staff came asked me fr order n thy r standing idel tht day food was not good n thn whn I asked fr coffee she severs me after 15mins it was not a busy crowd as if we r having free of cost.

No service after waiting for 15 min

Todayb24.08.2022, I went to have a snack at a2b Ooty branch. I waited since 15min, but no one came near for just taking order. It was not a peek hour . That too at 6.45pm. no crowd. Most of the wiaters was just starring but no one came to take order. The manager he was busy with his personal works, who doesnt take interst in serving the customer. Such a worst (no harsh words to say) service, I have ever seen.

Today 19.08.2022 visited your T H Road branch near Maharani theater to buy
krishnajeyanthi product even it is available with them at (12.30 pm) they refused to give when i asked why don't you give, their reply is uncontrollable
using filthy language unparliamentary word by the front supervisor
i really shocked, the reputed concern of yours is appointing such indecent empolyee that too in busy area in front of others as a senior citizen people like me i ashamed of your service

The most arrogant breed of staff located in the Bellandur Bangloore outlet who charged me twice for a 250 gm parcel, claiming refund will be processed from Google pay. Such an atrocious behaviour never seen in any hospitality establishment

Old products - packed items

They are selling old packed items which are expired with in 10 days, i have bought mixture and snacks that are 2 months old items and will expired in one week, and they are hide the dates and bill the products and provide the same to the customers.

A2B are selling old packed products to customers, i have bought mixtures and snacks items, they are hide the dates when they are selling the products and bill the products directly and packed the same, they are selling with in 10days expired products.

Hi Sir, Today morning I had ordered food from A2B, Adayar Anand Bhavan in hopefarm, Varthur Road through zomato. When I started having food, sambhar was stale and stinking and even the white chutney was also spoiled. Restaurant has served unhealthy food to my family which can cause health issues.I sincerely request to take action against such restaurants for fooling or cheating the customers and also becoming a reason for the health issues..Please take action against them so that no other customer should go through such situation. Thanking you in advance.

No food for my baby

My baby was 1. 3 years old. We were travelling from yelagiri to chennai. She was hungry and thot A2B will have curd rice so we stopped in arcot A2B restaurant. They had curd rice but spices added on. We requested to provide only curd and rice as it for baby. This was during lunch hour obviously they will have curd, rice for the meals. We insisted it's for baby and we need very little quantity. But they said they don't have and they can't do any customisation. Their tone is also very rude and being a customer we felt very arrogant behaviour from the billing counter man. Lost all the reputation towards the restaurant. Later we went to balaji bhavan, they even grinded the curd rice to baby's need and gave.

Hi we came to Adyar anandhabavan in Mettupalayam, where no tables cleaned. We came with senior citizens and made them to wait for more than half an hour. Very bad and late service.

Worst service no responsibility.. hotel next to hospital but there is no hospitality they do have self service system but after standing in queue they will say they do not have cutlery containers to provide delivery, whereas swigy Zomato is going on, they do have fruits but they will say while billing juice will not be there as there is no water supply to clean the mixi.. what an irresponsible answer, for each an every order we need to fight and get.. in ground floor they occupied for diwali bakery and will ask you to go upstairs as there is no enough seating available in self service system and you will be charged 10₹ extra for each,
Hotel open time is 7am and by leaving patients if we go and there they will start the billing system by 7.30 till that we need to wait there for one cup of milk. How come manager can ask me to bring the flask for take away where I need to by milk and tea, will they put both in same flask or what...
And yesterday billing person told there is no card system but after enquired they put card from bakery counter..

Poor quality of foods
Adayar Ananda Bhavan, selaiyur, Chennai. Yesterday we had a night Mariah experience. We ordered masala Dosai in which no masala is found, . The sambar - even the road side eateries serve good sambar. The chatney - had put some chilly powder and sugar and served to us as chatney. The different chatney served to us seems to be made of oil cakes - tastes like cattle fodder. The size of dosa is also seems to be suffering from pandemic - quarter size of the plate. In toto it is better to have food even in slum area than to have at Adayar Ananda Bhavan.

Container for sambar rice not strong enough to hold food
The parcel container for packing sambhar rice is not strong enough to hold food. Could you also ensure food containers are as good as coffee cup served at Ananda Bhavan. We have lost all our food in train because the package broke. We bought the food at central branch. Now we have to buy again and also eat unhealthy food despite buying good food from ananda Bhavan.

Owing to the very poor service that I received on 27th of June 2021 at thiruvottiyur branch by a male staff .I wish to air my complaints .I was un happy with the staff's attitude and the way he replied.
No one attended to me for about 10 mins .When the staff finally came and took the service, parallelly he was attending another customer and I was standing for another 15 mins
When I asked him, the way he spoke was abruptly rude.

Delivered expired food with a foul smell on opening

Ordered food on 28/05/2021 from A2b Selaiyur branch. Order contained South Indian meals and baby corn manchurian dry. When we opened the baby corn manchurian box it had a foul smell. I tried complaining to the branch but its contact no is switched off.

I am told two quater kg bad am sweet per kg 1365 rupees but she told you take one half kg but I asked two sapret pocket she told not available small box iam not satisfied this subject iam very old cast member in your shopping thanking you

Serving rotten food

We have ordered paneer jamun from adyar ananda bhavan, nellor, in swiggy... they have sent us the rotten sweets. How can they do that when we are paying for it?? They can discard them if they are rotten and would have atleast notified us. What should happen to people’s health if these things are repeating? Kindly take action.

Staff Rude Behaviour

We have visited A2B Selaiyur branch 2 days before, One of the staff told that we can eat the sweets after expiry date for which we informed our bad experience on quality of the last purchase made, it was escalated to Ms. Meena manager of the branch since beginning she started treating us very badly that 1000 customers are walk-in their store and no one complained and she forced us to walk out of the store. This incident was immediately brought to the notice of their customer service manager Mr. Siddique he assured that he will enquire on the same and return back to us but until now no one came back to us. Treating customers badly and we are not allowed to share feedback’s as well.

I had been ro A2B at attibele hour road on 9nov 2021 at 15.20 I have been with my colleagues 5of them I asked for meals at the self service counter the guy at the counter told sorry sir meals is almost over I asked what is the lunch timings he said 12.30 to 15.30 he said sorry sir my colleagues were sitting in service hall waiter told meals is available we ordered 5meals after 7to 8mins waiter told us sorry sir we don't have meals we asked for any other food items like disaster idly vada Chinese food North Indian food waiter told us to wait for half'n hour at finally we ordered curd rice and guess what happened we asked water bottle waiter said sorry there's no stock we we're shocked what the heck this I was guilty front of colleagues I'really had bad experience at A2B I will never suggest anyone to such a bad restaurant as A2B.

A2b Chromepet branch
There are many waiters but no body's attending the customers. The incharge person is very rude in the Chromepet branch. Very poor customer service.

Due to corona virus epidemic i have to had food from hotel. So last few days i had my bf, lunch & dinner from a2b branch (Address mentioned below) in bangalore.
I found that they were collecting extra gst money from consumers in terms of doing round off from original amount. Though i tried to contact their management team but there is no proper response.
I have attached my bills and please take proper action to them.
