Sub:misselling and cheating by aegon religare staff for policy number:[protected]

Please refer my captioned policy number, i have been totally missold, misguided and cheated by your staff mr. Arvind singh (Branch managaer asansol branch) and sashi gope agent of aegon religare and company representatives.
I would like to highlight the below mentioned points

1) i was sold this policy without my clear consent. The pre verification call that came was made to answer in the affirmative forcefully by mr. Arvind singh and mr. Sashi gope.
2) this policy though guaranteed, does not suit my requirement. Mr. Arvind singh and sashi gope of asansol branch forcefully sold me this policy saying that they have some contest running in the branch, and mr. Arvind singh said that he will cancel the policy in due course after the policy kit reaches me.
3) when the policy kit reached me, i was not in town. My husband and my fatherin law both of them tried to contact mr. Arvind singh and mr. Sashi gope many times to cancel the policy but they kept avoiding the matter with some or the other excuses. There was a surprising change in behavior and i realized that i was trapped by agreeing to the policy.
4) i have paid 3 premiums of rs.99900/ each. All details and cheque numbers are with me. The branch of aegon religare in asansol suddenly shut down with no prior information the customers and us and we were left in darkness as there were no representatives with whom we can get connected.
5) on urgent need of money for my childs education when i surrendered my policy bearing number :[protected] i have only received a sum of rs.95, 209.13 after paying rs.300, 000/- as premium.
6) i am a house wife with minimum income whatever i receive as pocket money from my husband and father in law and the company aegon religare and its people have cheated us like anything. We are helpless people and companies like aegon religare are cheating us like anything.

I hold the company aegon religare, its representatives arvind singh and sashi gope for fraudulently cheating, misguiding and looting common people like us in the name of policy and financial investments.
I request yourgoodself to kindly take appropriate action against the company and representatives and help me to get back my hard earned money.
