Aeon Connect Travels — change of pick up point

I was travelling today with aeon connect (15/10/2017), my pick up point was at s r nagar time 14:15 i got a call from pickup van driver stating i have to be in ameerpet stop by 2 pm. Firstly they changed my pick up point destination and secondly they want me to come before my boarding time. I was ten minutes before my pick-up point stop. Why i have to travel to other place and finally he asked me to come to mehdipatnam. My request dont maintain a service like this if you cannot.

I have booked a bus ticket from hyd to krishna giri lastweek and the travels have canceled the trip due to their technical breakdown.. from that day theyare not responding to the customer call and are not refunding the cash back.

very poor service by Aeon Connect Travels.. its fraud service
