Dear sir
I have already made a complaint regarding this 700 rs bounce back amount. First time it was ur customer mobile store asked me to pay in bank directly. From 2nd emi they will take from directly from ur account they said like that. Your mistake with your mobile store. How can you charge it to the customer. And the final 300 rs was all your customer care people saying different locations to pay.. I have informed already that there wont be money in my bank account. They adviced to pay directly. But it delayed because of your collection executives. How can i pay for this. Was this information helpful? |
