I am animesh mishra my registered mobile no is [protected] and i have taken a personal loan from aeon credit service pvt ltd. But due to some financial problems i didn't pay my emi on in time but i paid my emi after due date with penalty. But there recovery executive call 6 to 8 time in a day and abuse to me and my family as well even they called to my frnds wife as well. One of their executive her name is swati. She don't have manner to talk.

Iam vijaykumar kusuma my loan with aeon credit my registered mob no. Is [protected].
Iam cleared all emi still iam not get noc. Iam asked your customer care and he said your bouncing charges not paid so we can not provide noc. But i am cleared all emis. I have sufficient balance in my bank account on nov 2017 but ecs not presented from you are said and iam already shared my bank statement and statment password also. But still no replay. Iam mailed on 21feb2018. Still no replay. Please look on same and do need full.

very bad service from aeon credit executive

I was bought i-phone 6 on emi from aeon credit. My first emi deducted on due date but second emi was not done on due date. So aeon credit executive called to me on everyday and he was spoken very bad word. I request to aeon credit company, kindly give professional and proper training to your employees and your any executive. (Including - your executive and your authorise third party dealer).

I have taken consumer loan - mobile handset of rs.7000/- from sai mobile, bhekrainagar, hadapsar on 21.07.2015 by down payment of nil & repaid it by rs.1540/- of 5 installments. While c-bill report shows the out standing balance of rs.1540/- till date. I have all payment receipts.
My query is i have paid your full loan amount, then how you shows outstanding of rs.1540/- it my be last receipt you have not update. Please update the same & resolve the issue.

I had taken loan for mobile from you, but u guys has not clear my cibil score from your side.
I have so many time talk on your help desk and give noc letter to me from your side also on dated 01.04.2016, they had comttied me that they will clear, but they didn't clear till now.
So if it will not clear as soon as i will go to cusumer court for this think

harrasment & abusive calls by your associate.

Have taken a oppo f1s as m paying my emi amount every month bt then too the callers they call and ask me every month n says when u gng to pay continuiosly bt pls check m paying my emi regularly. But yesterday some lady called me up without introducing herself n started talking like a she is sitting in fish market which is height i never expect this from aeon as they hires so dump people who dnt know how to talk to a customer. They did also called my reference which is not required as m paying my emi regularly. Anyways as till i dnt get the clarification about complain did last time about my bounce charges which is applying every month to my account and m not gonna pay a single rupee bcz not one time but many times we visited chakala office n enquired about stopping the ecs but some says pay in advance ecs will not reflect in ur bank account. Till i dnt get my problems solved also i called customer care for the help.& also please dnt give me a continious calls about payment until my problems is solved or may need to go with some actions to be taken. The number from which i recieved called yesterday was [protected]/[protected]

I have already made a complaint regarding this 700 rs bounce back amount. First time it was ur customer mobile store asked me to pay in bank directly. From 2nd emi they will take from directly from ur account they said like that. Your mistake with your mobile store. How can you charge it to the customer. And the final 300 rs was all your customer care people saying different locations to pay.. I have informed already that there wont be money in my bank account. They adviced to pay directly. But it delayed because of your collection executives. How can i pay for this.

Hi, I have taken loan from Aeon, I paid my7th installment on 14th March, though payment is done, aeon again dropped 1408/- in my bank account. Now bank is charging me for cheque return charges. Aeon is not responding to my email since last 6-7 days. Please assist. Because of their casual behavior towards consumers, I am getting charged by my banks...

Hi, I have taken loan from Aeon, I paid my second installment on 9th feb, though payment is done, aeon again dropped a cheque of 2690/- in my bank account. Now bank is charging me for cheque return charges. Aeon is not responding to my email since last 6-7 days. Please assist. Because of their casual behavior towards consumers, I am getting charged by my banks.

I had buy a oppo f1s on emi basis from aeon credit service but due to this denotarization or my personal family issues and financial crisis i have not paid the emi for 2 months but the collection manager rajesh kore is using such filthy language and misbehaving with me for collecting the emi as it is he is the owner of aeon credit service if aeon wouldn't take initiate action against him i will file a case against aeon credit service

Bad service

I have purchased a mobile with the help of aeon finance in november my first emi got debited from my account. And for second month i got a call from collection department that person told ecs is not registered provide us 1 more cancelled cheque and i gave with 2 emi. Still they are saying ecs is not registered and upto 6 emi i have paid through collection agent. For this month they called me and told to do payment in icici bank account so i made payment via imps. But they are telling they want a payment slip i said i did payment via imps so i have sent my bank statement pdf format. And from last 1 week i am getting call from collection department plus this time i have paid ecs bounce charges to my bank.in this case what can i do. Should i commit suicide.

My Application No. is[protected] Dt. 13.03.2014. My Registered Mobile No. is [protected]. Your amount financed for 15 months instalments for Rs. 1533/-.
Your instalment start on April'2014 and end on June'2015. All 15th instalments are finished on June'2015. Your account is closed now. No pending amount due.
So, Why you are again Rs. 1533/- debit in my account for the month of July'2015. It is extra amount to be credit in your account.
I request you to refund my amount of Rs. 1533/- in our account or cheque send in my address.

Hi,
I purchased a mobile from The Mobile Store on EMI basis through aeon credit service india pvt ltd. It started in December 2013. Everything was going good and my EMI was getting deducted every month till July, 2014 as per the documents which I have submitted at the point of sale. However, they are rejecting my ECS clearence since Aug, 2014 till now. My ECS end date is on 07/02/2015. I have made several attempt to correct this from my end by contacting Aeon to please correct my name so that the ECS will get deducted on time causing no effect to my credit history. Every month the associate of AEON(Shailendra Tiwari [protected]) at The Mobile store told that it will get corrected and they took one fresh signed copy of ECS enrollment form from me. Instead of correcting it, they send their recovery agent at my residence named as Vignesh([protected]) to collect the ECS amount of RS 1715.00. I have paid my ECS amount since 07/08/2014 till now as cash and no correction was made from their end. I do have visited my home branch as they told me that it is getting rejected by my branch but my home branch provided me the ECS mandate filled form which AEON send them as my name was correctly listed on it as Anshu Sinha. It is hurting my credit history as I have never been a defaulter in any ECS till now but the mistake done by AEON is charging me ECS return fee in my bank account and I am not getting any assistance from AEON. I request you to please file a strict complain against this company as this company is a very bad company and they don't deserve to be in customer service field as well. They provide the worst customer service in INDIA. Their customer care representatives on call don't know how to talk to a customer and they disconnect the issue as soon as they know the same customer with same query called. Every month Aeon send me this message instaed of taking steps to correct after giving multiple promise:
Dear Customer, Your ECS/PDC dated January 07, 2015 for AEON Loan No. 1311-1-[protected]-1 was not successful. Kindly ensure your bank account with sufficient balance for immediate deduction. Please ignore if payment is made. Thank you.. Please take strict action against this company and their customer service representatives.
